DIM: For sale with minimal Issues.

Fermata SC-24.

PRS 'inspired'.

From 15k to 8k.

They advise naman to go see personally kasi nga may issues.

Assuming workable ang issues for me, please talk me out of it.

I have been eyeing this model in this exact color, since its release last year.

I have the means, I am a long time casual guitar player. Based on my recent events, a 2nd electric guitar might help due to altered tunings.

I am currently in the journey of moving out, while naghahanap ng apartment, nakakapagipon na ko para ready. Outside of that, may extra pa naman, outside ulit ng current savings and expenses.

I dont really need it right now, I just really really want it.

Puro emosyon, puro galit, puro damdamin.

Pero walang kalaman laman.

Sobrang nakakahiya.

South Signal taguig.

Payag si landlord magpabutas for AC since expected na magiging norm. Pero parang di pa gaano aware si landlord sa standards kasi via normal outlet lang ang way niya for the AC. But since open siya for modification and it is a safety standard, feeling ko naman eventually magkakaron sariling breaker ang for AC.

What do you think guys?

Thank you.

Hi,

M, 30

So, currently living in South Cal(ifornia) and working hybrid with motorcycle in Makati. Still with relatives.

I have a lung condition so I aim for a place na medyo open, window wise and less smoke sana. I was previously checking units in Taguig and Valenzuela. So far halos walang makatugma sa needs ko.

Ang needs ko kasi in priority order

  1. Parking

  2. Windows to the outside (hindi hallway)

  3. Window AC provision

  4. Distance

  5. Slightly quiet or less troubled neighborhood

  6. Ofcourse, budget, max na sana 10K

After ko maglagalag up and down sa mapa, narealize ko since hindi naman ako magsesever ng personal connections ko which are in Camanava area, going up or down further, relative din sa office, will be very taxing for me. And I am moving out for the sake of my health.

I have this place sa QC na studio, ang issue ko lang is price, 14K including parking then may add pa na admin electricity. Pero I have no commitment pa sa kanila. This is place is near to everything I need, kaso nga pricey. Financially, I can cover it. Close to limas pero excluded na ang other savings and daily expenses, kumbaga petty cash ang in danger.

Anyway, I am still open to options. May units sa Manila na mukang sapat sa needs ko ang kaso as much as possible kasi ayoko sa Manila, I have this perception na magulo ngayon don, lalo sa traffic. For example, Sta Ana and San Andres mga nakikita ko (di ko alam kung magkasakop yan haha). And baha pa.

And again trying Val and Tag, kaso lalayo naman ako. And Ofcourse talagang may kamahalan sa are ng Makati, Pasay and such. May isa sa taguig maganda sana pero, sorry for being judgy, feeling ko gabi gabi may chance na may saksakan don. Im a guy pero I have to observe safety pa rin syempre haha.

Linawin ko lang ung sa Val, ung mga units na at first mukang tugma kaso they are further up na talaga close to North California and Upper QC.

I am aware na base sa needs ko, I might need to pay a bit premium.

Hingi sana ng thoughts how to better assess this? Baka may perspective akong hindi natitignan pa. I've been in search since February.

Thank you very much.

Yun lang, thank you.

Hi.

Im not even sure if it's electrical, anyway...

Here in my country, a SEA country, it is more common for landlords to provide window AC provision than split types, more so than providing either actual units to use.

I do understand they are trying to maximize the space for either more reasonable price or logic to the design and space relative to the price.

But I see some that puts the provision physically beside the adjacent wall. How bad is it for the AC to have a side blocked?

Thank you.
