Classic whodunnit in confined spaces. NOT Saw, Hostel or Scream.

I was thinking it would be interesting to see a movie where mysterious murders take place in a prison and no one can figure out who's doing it or how. Could be an inmate, could be prison guard, could be anybody who has access to the prison system. Does this movie exist? If not, what other murder mystery movies take place in nontraditional spaces like a prison, hospital, mental facility, boat, etc? Please don't recommend any of the Saw, Hostel, and Scream films franchise (or the likes). Thank you.

Which subs help/allow you to promote other subs?

I started a subreddit 3 years ago called r/shotblockers. As of today I still have zero members. It's a niche sub for posting ruined photo/video opportunities because well someone or something "blocked the shot". I've posted a few videos and I thought I could promote it on other photography subs like r/killedthecameraman, but they don't allow it. I don't know any other subs that would. If there is already a sub that has content like this please let me know.

ITAP for when you feel honored, but not worthy?

"Flattered" comes to mind but I don't think that's the correct word/phrase.

Here's a scenario (just an example): A coworker comes to me for advice on personal matters. He knows I have kids and asks me questions related to his 1 year old. I'm maybe 5-8 years older than him and barely know him outside of work, but just the fact that he even asks me for advice makes me feel honored, but at the same time I don't feel like I qualify for big brother/uncle/dad/whatever status. Flattered just doesn't seem like the right word to me. What am I feeling? Is there a similar word for this scenario?

Bus ride movie with mostly all black cast except one white guy?

Ok so I might be getting the bus ride part mixed up with a different movie but the scene I am remembering is the white guy trying to convince everyone that he is one of them (African-american). I think in one scene he takes out a birth certificate that has his father's name on it which he somehow believes proves he is black. It's something ridiculous like his dad has a "black" name or something like that. Anyone know what movie I'm talking about?

[TOMT][Movie Quote][1990-2000s]"Come after me and I'll take out your entire family"???

I'm probably misquoting, but I know I'm remembering a quote like this from a movie. Could also be "You touch my (wife/son/brother,etc) and I'll take out everyone you ever cared about" or something similar. The point being made was if one person was harmed then the result would be to get back at them by doing the same 100x fold. 99% sure this was from a movie, 80% sure it involved organized crime, 50% sure it was a black actor that said this.

So far it is NOT ...

*-The Wire

*-The Gambler

*-Bloodline

Quote - "You come after me or my wife/kid, I'll take out your entire bloodline"?

... or something similar along the same lines. I just remember it was said in a way to one up the ante in a repercussions situation. It was probably a gangster movie from the 1990s to early 2000s. I think it was a black actor that said it, but not 100% sure.

Is there a sub for American English Language expressions that don't make any sense?

Like why is it called a driveway if you park on it and why do we drive on parkways? Make it make sense! Where can I discuss this crazy language?

Trying to find the 1990s song of a male singer that Tems reminds me of.

Every time Tems comes on over the radio she reminds me of a one hit wonder singer from the 1990s that I can't think of the name of and it's driving me crazy. I'm not sure if he was Nigerian also or Jamaican, Carribean or what. The only thing I remember was a music video of him with another big Jamaican artist at the time like Shaggy or Shabba Ranks and they were on a beach wearing all white. It was the only song I ever heard him do and it was more of the chorus so he may have not even made a full song or album. Anyone know who I am talking about just based on my description of the time period and music video?

Anthology movie with one of the stories of a man cut into pieces but still alive.

Solved The movie I was thinking of was The Offspring AKA From a Whisper to a Scream (1987)

Had a memory of a movie I saw probably late 1980s or early 1990s. Only thing I remember was a black man was done wrong and by the end of that story the other guy was found in a burlap sack in pieces but still alive. I think it might have been set in Louisiana and the black man might have put some kind of voodoo or witchcraft spell on him and that's why he was still alive even though he was cut up into pieces. Thought the movie had the word "prophecy" in it but I might be wrong about that part. I'm picturing the black actor as Paul Winfield, but I guess I'm wrong about that part too. It's possible this could have been part of a TV series, but I do remember there were other stories back to back.

What's a good vigilante (non-comic book) movie with a similar plot to the show Dexter?

No comic book or Marvel/DC anti-hero style movies please. I have seen The Punisher and I really don't care for all the over the top theatrics and out in the open action.

For those that don't know about the show Dexter, he >!is a serial killer with a code - he only goes after criminals (murderers/rapists/pedos) that have slipped the justice system. He does this in secret under the cloak of serving as a police department analyst who!< has access to the cases of all the criminals he hunts down.

I have also seen Brotherhood of Justice (1986) which I did enjoy.
