Tldr: Friend(F27) is fine sharing bathroom with known as well as lesser/barely known adult females. She's fine when it comes to changing as well. I'm not comfortable with such scenario and have my own boundaries. Share your thoughts.

I was talking with my friend(27F) about a marriage she recently attended. It was all normal with gossip and stuff until she told me about the shower part.

They were staying at a host provided accommodation and it was like 3 big rooms on a floor with 7-8 people easily sleeping in one room. That floor has 7 big common bathrooms.

As on the marriage day, everyone was in a hurry to get ready and attend the wedding, all the bathrooms were full, so she and her 2 cousins (around 24-25 F) got into one bathroom and had a bath. She told me she also did the same thing with her masi and mom once(separate occasions). This is understandable and is maybe normal. However, when she said she's fine doing the same with some lesser known or barely known woman and tbh I felt it was quite weird that I even said it to her. On which she simply said it's not a big deal we both are women there is nothing different she will have that I have.

Okay, I understand we both have the same things but with a lesser known female is still not comfortable for me. I took a bath with my adult cousin and mom when we are on our toes and don't have much time but stranger and lesser known female, I don't think I ever can.

The little similar things apply to changing as well. I'm fine going topless or just in the pantry in front of my close people but in front of lesser known my bra/top and panty/bottoms stays on, I will change one by one.

I would like to know some thoughts on the same.

My mother is a typical Indian mother who says,"I'm your friend baccha, you can share whatever you want." And then use that information as per her convenience.

However, in recent years she has become very calm but you never know when that 'mother' syndrome will come out so I'm keeping my guard up all the time.

Yesterday, she asked me if we could go clubbing, it would be me(25), my mother(49), masi(44) and some other girl who's around 28-29. She also wants to dress up and wear a one piece like 'people of my age' and enjoy the way we do. I would have been fine taking her out but I feel she will be weaponizing clubbing culture in future. I just want to avoid all the drama as no matter how much she says she's a cool mom, she's not.

Please suggest to me how I can avoid clubbing as she's been asking it repeatedly for reasons best known to her.
