going crazy suddenly in month two, do I keep going? Please help…

has anyone taken Nikki and got really sick around the 2 month mark?

Gyno thinks I have PMDD and endo so I’ve had no choice but to start birth control. I started Nikki in June, first two weeks were rough with nausea but it evened out a little. Then in the second month I had another period two weeks early with full on cramps, pms, terrible headaches, and mentally I’ve been insane like crying or pissed off or feeling doomed constantly. This isn’t like me at all. I feel like I want to ram my head into a door or punch a hole in the wall.

Doc said I risk another adjustment if I switch now so they want me to keep going but I’ve had to take off work because I feel so bad. I can’t keep this up.

Has anyone had a rough time in month 2 and came out of it ? (Currently around day 20 in pack two)

Premiere Ceremony Performers Announcement! | MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026

curious why they are trying to include more international artists (Philippines with cup of joe and USA with sam smith). i think it would make sense to include international artists who are doing collabs with the japanese music industry (like kpop artists or megan thee stallion) but these seem out of left field for me. any ideas?

Fresh tuna breakdown, all funds donated to Peelander Z

Kome is breaking down some ultra fresh tuna for you and donating it to Peelander Z who recently returned to Austin after nearly passing away in a car crash while on tour. Thankful for the community who has been helping them during these tough times and if you have time you should stop by for some fresh tuna!

Dysautonomia in Dallas - recommended doctors

ive been unable to walk well or exercise at all for a few weeks. terrible air hunger. slowly getting better but trying to figure out the root cause because if I didn’t work remotely my ass would be fired right now.

Looking for a cardiologist, neurologist, hematologist (signs of possible anemia and ferritin of 6)

My PCP laughs and says im dehydrated while taking my blood pressure and admitting it’s extremely low. I fainted and my other doctor says I didn’t drink enough water.

Anyway - enough ranting, im wondering if anyone here in Dallas has a caring doctor that takes their health seriously. I just want to walk and function again. May the blood get back to my brain soon cuz ugh im tired of this.

I see heartbeat clinic recommened often but his next appt is 2 months away. thanks yall.

At the end of my rope. Please tell me what you think I should do (doctors not helping, unable to stand)

Been ignored for two years. I am to the point I cannot walk properly. Its been more than two weeks after a bad episode and im not back to baseline. (question + mild rant, thank you for the help <3)

I have gone to three different PCPs and a gyno (I thought it could be cycle related because flares happen then). They tell me to drink water. I drink an absolute ton, my skin is beautifully hydrated but I can’t stand up. ughhh. Two years of this, and this current flare has kicked my ass. if I didnt work remotely I would’ve been fired.

Basically - my story - I fainted out of the clear blue one day two years ago, since then I have had trouble with my heart rate immediately jumping from 70 to 160 on upright exercise machines. out of wind in three minutes. can swim and bike fine without my heart beating out of my chest, which makes the whole thing even weirder. Just a general dizzy and palpitation feeling too when walking and standing too, though some days I feel perfect.

I had an unrelated sudden sharp pain two weeks ago and since then my BP is very low and my walking is off. I guess it’s some kind of flare. they put me on Vitamin D and told me to drink water. My ferritin is 6 and they said that’s normal. I feel like im going bananas yall I can’t even walk.

if you were me, where would you look to next? I’ve had and EKG, multiple blood tests, shared this with PCPs and they ignore it all. What would you do? I’m not faking this. Why would I want to be inside this long????? Ahhhh!!!!!! And they take my money just to tell me to drink water!!!!!

some cool shots my photographer friend took of a local band

some shots capturing what it feels like to see an indie band give it their all in a small live house.

there are countless shows happening every night across japan. many artists are not even on streaming platforms.

just people doing what they love and giving the crowd a good time. some of them make it big and most of them don't, but if you never wandered into a random bar or venue, maybe you never would have heard their sound at all.

if you've ever wanted to go to a live show but felt intimidated, i wrote a few guides about how to get started. also, u/livetribe made a really useful site for finding local shows (it is only accessible from japan or with a vpn!). hope you get to see a show soon!
