Looking for a travel agent who can book a fully refundable BA Premium Economy fare

Looking for a travel agent who can book a fully refundable BA Premium Economy fare — open-jaw NCE→LHR, June 2027

Planning a 2-week Europe trip for June 2027: flying into Nice (NCE), traveling overland through Europe, flying home from London Heathrow (LHR) to St. Louis (STL) — BA's new nonstop route. Want to fly British Airways specifically (not a codeshare on AA metal), in World Traveller Plus (Premium Economy), with a fully refundable fare up to departure.

The problem: BA.com's own multi-city search tool won't surface the flex/refundable fare bucket for this open-jaw itinerary — it only offers it on simple round trips, or non-flexible fares on multi-city. I know American Airlines' site shows a refundable "Flex" option (+$300/pp) for a similar itinerary, but I'd prefer the flights actually be BA-operated/ticketed rather than going through AA.

Has anyone run into this with BA before? Specifically wondering:

  • Is this a GDS/manual fare construction thing an agent could do that the BA.com engine won't?
  • Does booking two one-way BA tickets instead of one open-jaw itinerary get around this?
  • Any agents here who specialize in BA/oneworld ticketing want to take a look once my return date opens up (should be within the next ~2 weeks)?

Happy to share exact flight numbers/dates via DM. Appreciate any insight!

Too many shrimp?

So keep in mind that I'm a total amateur, and learning as I go. So... Mistakes..

About 3 months ago, I fell into a great deal on a small aquarium. Specifically, a Fluval Beta 6. And the initial stock were some plants, followed by 10 chili rasboras, a couple of snails and three lemon colored shrimp.

Three...

It occurs to me after the fact that if I gotten that betta instead of the chili's, I probably would have better controlled their population.

At this point, I no longer have a fish tank. I have a shrimp tank with some fish in it. And I'm not sure if this is a problem, and if so what to do about it?

Thanks

Mina & Skie in the new timeline?

Okay so I just finished the most recent trilogy. I have mixed opinions on what we did and how it was done and all of the things. I was happy to see the original team updating the lore.

Now that we have what I think is a new timeline, my mind goes to relatively obvious questions. What things from the old timeline can't be undone in the new timeline, that might be impactful.

Specifically, Mina is still out there somewhere, correct? And Skir is still a super dragon, waiting to grow up, correct?

Big Chair - Other than Aeron Size C

So I am 6'2" 330ish pounds. Losing weight but it is a slow process. And I need a good, comfortable chair. I tried out an Aeron Size C, but found that the sides of the Seat Pan dug into my thighs. And was not comfortable for an extended period.

So I am back looking again. Looking for relatively robust, relatively available (unicorns are great, but not terribly helpful) and a descent value. IE - will last. I don't really want to spend 4 figures, but $600ish for a good chair would be worth it.

THANKS!

How to book fully flexible tickets?

I am trying to book a multi city itinerary, using BA flights. For May 2027. STL to Nice with a connection at LHR outbound, then a return from LHR to STL direct. Premium economy. But then I run into my issue

On American Airlines, I can easily add an upcharge of $300 USD per and secure a full refund option; which we want and like. But I would prefer to buy via BA.com, and can not find a way to add or include that option. I have looked at previous posts, the website mobile and desktop. And remain confused?

Any help? Thanks!

AA "Full Rebate" tickets

Hello. Sorry if this is redundant; Im not finding my answer, so far.

I am budgeting and window shopping flights for a trip to Europe, June of 2027. And I am seeing a pretty good set of fights that are from BA, but that I can purchase via AA. This is promising, because on our last such trip, dealing with BA bought tickets was kind of a disaster. At least with AA, we are in the same set of time zones.

Anyway, as I am doing this shopping, I am noticing an option to upgrade any given ticket to "Fully Refundable" for a few hundred dollars more. Not double or triple the price. And that is also very compelling as a concept, given the nature of the world today.

My question is fairly straightforward. If these refundable tickets are so (relatively) affordable... What is the catch? Are their weird requirements to invoke the refund? Are they difficult to deal with? Or is it just a simple of matter of canceling and getting the rebate to your original CC?

Thanks!

Birthday Dinner - Where am I going

Congratulations to me - I turn 54 today. And my gift is a nice, simple dinner out with my wife. I pick, she pays.

So... where am I going?
