Arena Breakout: Infinite is basically the PC branch of Arena Breakout, and its lore is set in the fictional country of Kamona, a once-prosperous nation that collapses into civil war. The conflict starts when soldiers of the Second Legion revolt, splitting Kamona between the government-controlled south and the rebel-controlled north. The fighting turns places like Farm, Valley, Northridge, TV Station, and Armory into war zones, and that's where you come in: you're an operator entering these areas to loot, fight rival factions, complete jobs, and extract alive. The important twist is that you're not really playing a traditional "hero" — you're essentially a mercenary caught in a massive geopolitical mess involving factions like the Kamona Guard Corps, Tevila, and Blackgold, with characters such as Renoir and Ajax having their own histories and agendas.

And the lore has gotten much weirder over time. What initially looks like a fairly grounded civil-war/mercenary story gradually introduces secret laboratories, human experimentation, mysterious technology and biological threats. By the current Season 7: Utopia (2026), the game has gone full "okay, something has gone VERY wrong in Kamona" territory: zombie/infected zones have appeared across Farm, Valley and Airport, with mutants and different classes of infected enemies becoming part of the setting. So the overall arc is basically prosperous country → military rebellion → civil war → mercenary free-for-all → secret experiments/conspiracies → increasingly bizarre biological/anomalous threats.

Also, considering the present, it just goes to prove that the demographic who seemingly complain that the game isn't mil-sim enough and have strayed away from that were correct this entire time about ABI's direction 😅.

There's king and dianne, but who goes in the 4th slot? would you swap liz to earth burster or is dianne's combined ult unnecessary?

currently i was running the old best: Gawain, Tristan, Light Percival, Tioreh backline

if Lance is a skip, do I just LR percival and swap him for light, keeping Tioreh on backline

or get Lance, and do Gawain, Tristan, NEW Lance, and LR Percival backline?

asking because I'm F2P and would not mind skipping Lance, but want to LR Percival if it means making my current team that much more stronger

I find it interesting that some people whole-heartedly are looking past Lancelot just because the leaks have shown it's not the teen version, but the younger Grudge of Edinburgh version.

I didn't know until now that that's what even helped some decide whether to p10 Ban or not

Personally, I feel like they're sadly mistaken. Not just that, I feel like a lot of these people haven't A) watched the anime/read the manga of 4KOA; and B) Don't know the true lore behind Lancelot and understand that even this version coming into the game possesses "Shining Road" and a F*** ton of magic power reserves

I've been tryna crush the story, currently on ch 22 and 600 or so diamonds out of 1500 but there are many LRs and such that could be leveled, teams to be made, etc., so which dungeons do I pop my stamina potions on to auto and afk?

Saving for Lancelot; Don't need another DPS until then (ESPECIALLY after being gifted Meliodas who fills one of the two slots for Monspeet boss).

But am willing to consider getting Ban at least base version if he's a significant support for Meliodas and dark DPSes

Note: My Dianne is P10 so no need for Ban's earth element to fill my DPS slot there; If you're a spender or anybody who isn't a F2P player that understands how to truly be F2P, leave your comments off this post

Crazy loaded question to put into a post, I know lol, but just wanted some guidance and info I could add to my decision-making when playing this beast of a character

I feel like his purple, either one could be played. For context, I always would go for shotgun, but after watching a clip online, I saw somebody pick 3 ult and ran smg sidearm with him

Firstly, is it worth it? And what character(s) should I be looking out for

The reason I'm getting back into it is cuz im a huge fan, and I currently play 7ds Origin, but it just doesn't make me feel fulfilled because so many of the characters I love (Lancelot, Percival, Gawain, Ban) are missing

Not implying that I'm in any sort of trouble, I'm a pretty boring person

But I am one that plans pretty far ahead and imagines a bunch of what-if scenarios

Also, I think this is the 1st update where we got no news of the character or livestream until the day before. I got good faith in Netmarble that they got a nice Ace up their sleeve, despite a lot of negative feedback against them online

When I came back to this season to play, I watched vids on this mode and most (if not all) recommended Northridge—so I'm kinda confused cuz I thought Northridge was the better money-maker of the two.
