We had to flush out a bunch of sediment from the water lines that got dislodged when we got our water heater changed. So we pulled the valve behind the temperature control and blasted it out. We got a small amount of water in the wall. How concerning is this? And how to mitigate damage? Can we just leave it open for a couple hours? My partner wants to put a fan blowing air into it but I said that would just keep pushing moisture back in.

I have a bulging disc in my L5-S1 vertebrae, with a preexisting limp on my left side with a history of hip and back pain. Most of my back pain is on my left side.

I finally got in to see a pain clinic doctor after months of fighting with insurance, and one of the first things his nurse does is ask me if I use a cane and I said sometimes if I'm walking for more than 15 mins or so. He asked me which side I use it on and I said my right side. He basically just chuckled and was like "yea, so you're supposed to be using it on your bad side, who taught you that?" My physical therapist, my primary care doc, and every single resource on the internet.

Even when the doctor came in he was still like smiling and it felt very.....mocking

Am I in the wrong for feeling like he's not only wrong but really unprofessional? I'm like 90% certain it was, but I honestly just need some validation

He did 13 Sherwood Avenue, The Mansfield Ghost, The House on Mansfield Street, just to name a few. I think they're pretty good, I really enjoy the camera style of using mostly security cams to capture things going on around the house without the tenant knowing. Really good low budget horror. And a lot of them seem to just jump right in with it within the first couple minutes with little moments building thru the whole thing.

Super short review

Pretty good movie overall. But holy shit does everyone have the survival skills of a fucking potato.

Things the main character did in 5 years to prepare to hunt Bigfoot

-buy cameras

-hire a trained dog

-borrow guns

-hire camera crew

-collect newspaper clippings

Things he did not do

-buy navigational equipment (GPS, trackers, a single compass)

-learn how to read maps

-purchase a single topographical map

-learn to shoot

-buy walkie talkies

Like the guy ran out there with nothing but bloodlust and thought the best thing he could do was just run wildly thru the woods. Constantly gets lost. Just an absolute goon.

That being said, it's a good movie and worth watching

I picked up something at work early December and I've been in pain since. I can sit up for brief periods after 2 months, but walking and doing anything will put me in pain for days. I went from being a full time chef to barely being able to fix myself a 15 minute meal without being in pain for the rest of the evening. I can't even wash a handful of dishes (thankful for the dishwasher). I'm still fighting with insurance to get compensated through workers comp, ive been out of work since mid january. I think I have to find a new career because I don't actually see myself being able to go back to working on my feet nonstop.

I just find myself to be really struggling mentally and physically and I need to vent
