[bc] Dating ultrasound at west coast medical imaging Surrey or Jim pattison outpatient care

I live very near Surrey Memorial Hospital in Surrey bc. I have a dating ultrasound booked at the city centre branch of west coast medical imaging Surrey and jim pattison outpatient care. I’m wondering if I would be charged by msp because I have the dating ultrasound booked twice in 2 places. Moreover, I’m not sure if the west coast medical imaging at city centre is private or if they charge for ultrasounds.

Seeing some brown mucus discharge at 5 weeks pregnancy. Is this normal?

I did have some cramps since the beginning of pregnancy and even before I got to know I’m pregnant. I have no nausea. This is my first pregnancy and I’m 28.

IRCC call number transferring me to an agent instead of giving me application updates

I have an inland spousal sponsorship going on April 2025 application date. I called IRCC this Thursday and Friday and the automated voice mentioned it will transfer me to an agent instead of giving updates like eligibility in progress, background check in process etc.

I read this was final decision but when I asked my representative to check my gckey they said I don’t have any final decision or any updates.

What does this mean? I can’t even check the tracker cause it is not working.

Did I ovulate? Why do I have a peak and high?

We had s*x right after the 0.86 peak on 6th June. Then 7th June morning and evening. Will having further s*x be beneficial or this would suffice for this ovulation period? Moreover I am confused why I have a peak and high on 2 consecutive days? So when did I exactly ovulate? Seeing the low seems like I had already ovulated.

How to know when is the accurate lh peak?

This is the first day I am testing for my lh peak with the easy@home ovulation strips. My cycles are longer around 33-35 days. Today is cycle day 15 and my lh shows low even in the afternoon. It is the same as the morning. Should not it rise in the afternoon? When can I expect my peak lh? When should I have s*x ? I’m 28 years old and husband is 35. None of us are too overweight.
