So a while ago I painted - house is very old (100 years so mixed base). I aggressively scraped everything that was loose, sanded with 60 grit literally everything - power washed the house after the 60 grit - then let it sit a week during the summer (SoCal). Primed once with Oil, patched with MH ready patch, sanded power washed let sit another week - and then once with latex, and then sprayed.

Trying to figure out what I did wrong or why I see what looks like water intrusion.

It was done a while ago - like 7 years. But failing pretty aggressively.
