False advertising/how to get around it. UA web interface are not great. Codes don't work/over exclusion (lack of clean up)/

A bunch of mdw codes. That didn't work with the product they say they work with. Luckily the work around is too just call them on the phone and do the order.

The exclusions UA is putting up on their stuff is crazy online is crazy. It's kind of like they never offered a sale before. You can keep your new excluded $65 cotton bouncey tee shirt. No thanks

Again

Using. Armed forces (memorial day weekend) to try and push their garbage inventory at more a premium before it hits outles.

Thoughts on the new "Neolast" compression. /Compression shorts. Two items I'll keep buying more of in the future.

Under Armour now offers three tiers of compression tees: HeatGear for $30

OG Compression for $35,

Neolast Compression for $50.

Neolast is a "new" type of polyester UA has worked on with Celanese corp. It's been in UA $35 heatgear shirts which are a steal for the cut they offer and material.

To get right to the bottom line, I was highly skeptical of UA's new Neolast integration at first, but this shirt completely changed my mind. Neolast combines the thin, breathable feel of HeatGear with the soft, silk-like texture of OG compression. OG is a little thicker. The material is incredibly stretchy in the best way possible; you can pull it to its limits and it snaps right back into place like it was never stretched. Thanks to the seam placement, it does an excellent job of hugging your frame tightly and moving with your body without getting stretched out or baggy over time.

I cannot stress this enough: you need to size up. I usually wear a large in HeatGear and OG, but I had to get an XL in the Neolast, and I probably could have even gone with an XXL. The XL fits tight like a traditional large, but it performs better by not riding up the waist and avoiding a flat-tire appearance. The shoulders on this new cut are also very flattering, helping create a more tapered look which is ideal for compression gear.

A small detail I really appreciated is that the tag is a clip-on, meaning you do not have to risk ripping out the compression seams to get rid of a plastic tag.

Another area where this shirt excels is how it handles a bulk. Right now I am on a dirty bulk, and this shirt acts almost like a shapewear or Skims type of product. I usually wear it as a base layer under a Charged Cotton shirt, which comfortably provides a leaner appearance while doing its job to soak up sweat. As someone who frequently orders from Under Armour, this is one product I did not expect much from, but I am incredibly satisfied and look forward to wearing it more, especially as I transition into a gym cut.

The only downside is the collar. Like all of their high-collar compression shirts, the collar lacks structure and tends to fold down on itself. Since the logo is printed there rather than stitched, the constant folding hides the branding and makes the shirt look a bit cheaper or worn out.

My ranking:

Neolast

OG

Heatgear compression

////

As for the compression shorts, they were another great pickup for $30. The version with the side pocket is highly functional and comfortable. I would definitely recommend sizing up by one for those as well. For the record, I do not wear these solo; I always wear standard gym shorts over them.

///

All in all with all the shoes I bought from them and other stuff. I felt really good about these compression pickups as something very useful. And looking to get more.

Can an under armour personnel assist with making a list of what's eligible for this? Seems everything is excluded.. even the outlet items.

I'm not really sure the point of this other than trying to sell off inventory no one wants at a premium and will end up in the deep racks of the outlet stores.

This is kind of bad on UA part. Obviously doing this last quarter didn't help sales..it actually went down. Maybe one of the many "premium" running shoes you have can be discounted? It's not like they are or have in the past flew off the shelves... It's like you all throw a bunch of "premium" stuff at the wall and unfortunately nothing was sticking. You'd have to market them for that to happen.

Whatever is going on with UA absolutely is an atrocity. All around. Lost all its roots. But patronizing public servants to buy Gemini shoes and overlay for meridian even with 40% off without the benefits of getting something new is annoying. Can go get the SL and stuff from competitors at 30% always. Like.the SL. This is just a waste of space in an email.

Thoughts on er call. All the jargon plank said on the earnings call.

Besides the "Pinnacle Footwear" where they just throw two shoes from Halo series, 4 from velociti, while still pushing old infinites at high prices which might fall in under the "elevated price/product point" there was much more corporate jargon that contradicted what UA is actually doing.

"Does this investment make sense to us?" "Every Dollar Supports long term profitability".. yea. Prob why UA made the reign XT and and halo trainer with a bunch of low tier options. Great for inventory. But hey! They " only have 915Mil in inventory " but no worries . It's more premium inventory (elevated price).

The biggest thing I didn't like from the call was that the item of the future that's going to save sales is... "Bouncy cotton tee for $65.".. a tee that has cotton a neolast (new type of poly made by CE celeanse) "you can wear at a night out or at the gym with a perfect neck line and fit. ". A t shirt for 65 dollars while the middle and lower class is showing economic instability. They are not reading the room.

Not a peep about sustainable clothing or a shout out to growing unless collective.

They did not address issues like competition and how companies like gymshark are literally stealing their gym customers using the same hardcore method UA started out as.

Positives.

They finally admitted to having a marketing problem. And the team got together to take a two week seminar on how to market their now below 5 B business.

Their market valuation is pretty close to their gross profit. And below their year rev. So obviously under valued

I think Yahoo hit the nail on the head. They don't have a clothing problem. It's something bigger.

Asian pac - grew 13%

Latan am - grew 22%

Focusing less on "performance marketing" "welcome to UA these are three must haves" instead of "welcome to UA feel free to browse. "

The new CFO would make a great CEO. Poised and functional in nature while technically sound with numbers.

///

I'm not sure what "operation Rigor" means. But hopefully that starts soon.

- they also basically said Q1 (next quarter will be a dud and sounds like q2 should be the turnaround quarter where trend of sales improve). .. but we heard this before.

No worries. The bouncy cotton tee is coming.

I cracked my windshield. Somehow a rock flew off and hit the window. I have a ITS. I don't think I ever used lane assist. Or any feature that warrants the insane calibration cost when changing a window.

I left audi so i wouldn't have to deal with this BS. But now you're telling me I'm about to have to pay $2k f',n dollars for a crack in the windshield? This should be covered under warranty as far as calibration costs.

The fact that my Acura doesn't "do windshields" and is throwing me to a local shop is even worse . Now I have to get sum strip tint again.

Are these just prone to cracking ? Does insurance pay this every time it happens. This is a bad engineering plan. A rock to the windshield could happen daily and you're telling me is $2k dollars? This car doesn't have enough power to be worth that.

Under Armour’s decision to move on from Kelsey Plum is a calculated, high-level businss pivot that demonstrates a sophisticated understanding of the shifting WNBA landscape and an oversaturated footwear market. While Plum is an undeniable talent, she lacks the distinct "it factor" that anchors a global marketing campaign in a new era of the WNBA where visibility is driven as much by personal brand and aesthetic flair as it is by box scores. By moving on, Under Armour avoids the common mistake of paying top dollar for a great player who ultimately gets lost in the noise of a crowded roster that ultimately Nike usually picks up.

The partnership also faced a clear misalignment in brand loyalty. When Plum wore Adidas gear during a UA-sponsored 3 on 3 league, she essentially signaled the end. Continuing to invest in an athlete who isn't fully bought-in would simply be a poor use of marketing capital. She isn't that good to deal with that.

Furthermore, this move protects the company from the "inventory bleed" currently plaguing the basketball shoe space. The industry has become diluted by brands (specifically Nike)signing dozens of players, leading to excessive overhead and mass-produced shoes that sit in warehouses because they don't move the needle at retail. Nike has the capital to afford to lose that space to keep the competition out but I'm a way it's killing their own brand. But By trimming the fat, Under Armour is optimizing its supply chain and ensuring that when they do launch a product, it maintains the scarcity and prestige required to be profitable.

Ultimately, this is about strategic patience. The WNBA is in the middle of a talent gold rush, and by not tying up resources in a veteran whose marketability has likely peaked, Under Armour stays more liquid. They are positioning themselves to be the highest bidder for the next generational star. someone who brings the modern finesse and "grace" that today’s young consumers actually want to emulate. This isn't just a contract ending; it is a balance sheet being cleaned for a major upgrade to the brand in other ways.

Both curry and plum were great. They have the it factors in the game, but lack a memorable personable character. More like robots. This is not good for a brand because it is boring. I think the best wnba star would actually be Sophie Cunningham or angel reese
