Hello,
Recently, we had some strong storms, and my detached garage lost power.
Tried changing the ancient plug fuses in the garage panel to no avail. Also checked the main fuses with a multimeter, and they showed continuity.
*I have a non-contact voltage detector. When I used that with the breaker to the garage ON, nothing would appear to power on, but the voltage pen would be set off even just holding it a foot or more away from the garage door opener, outlet, or garage fuse box. It is not this sensitive when I use it in the house, which makes me think something is very wrong.
At this point, I turned off the breaker in the house that feeds the garage to be safe. Everything seems normal in the rest of the house.
At some point, it was turned back on. I noticed a clicking sound from the garage door opener and the light on its controller was flickering; as if it was trying to power on but immediately tripping something. I rushed inside and turned the breaker back off.
I will NOT be trying to fix this, we’re gonna have to call an electrician no matter what, but I’m curious to know what went wrong. A bit of searching suggests a lost/loose neutral?
No work or renovations have been done in the garage recently (or ever, probably).
In the house, two outlets and a light switch have been recently replaced, but those were all well before the issues in the garage.
Edit: USA
I don’t want your “exclusive benefits”, I just left the remote on the other side of the couch!
There is absolutely no option to skip this screen.
Hey, is it possible to set a different EQ per device? Like if you listen with Bluetooth headphones, it uses one EQ setup, and if you switch to a bluetooth/smart speaker, use a different one?
I was going to go suggest this on the support site but I want to make sure it’s not already a thing first.
There’s a little peg on the top that holds it into that bar, I snapped it while putting it back together after cleaning
And no one was there to help 🥲
Bluetooth broken. Face ID broken. Front ear piece speaker broken. Power bottom fell out of the phone. Back camera sometimes stops working. And of course screen shattered and frame was originally bent. And the object that shall not be named hates me but I keep it trickin though
I can’t deep call to throw ‘em cause the buttons for picking up the plushies get in the way of my skid!!
Enshittification continues! I can no longer sort reviews or filter them by star rating.
Amazon probably wants you to use their crappy AI instead. It’s so good they have to force people to use it!! /s
I know this isn’t the usual kind of post here, but:
My Switch (1) runs sky at an abhorrent framerate.
After some searching online, it seems like the OG Switch should be able to run Sky at 60 FPS, but comparing to my (also only 60Hz) phone, I’m pretty sure it’s not even hitting 30. Even in the Isle of Dawn, the most graphically simple place I could think of.
Anyone had the same experience and know how to fix it? I’ve tried:
- Restarting my switch
- Reinstalling Sky
- Moving it to system memory
- Docking the switch
- Messing with the game’s graphics toggles
I was just wondering where I could get it fixed. It’s just got a cracked screen.
