First time trying any of these effects and I’m SO SO PROUD
I went up a shirt size
and I'm in awe with how better my clothes fit ! I have been wearing the same size shirt for as long as I can remember and Ive been hating everything in my closet. Nothing fit the way I wanted and everything was too tight. Went shopping recently and tried on a bigger size and I find it silly it took me this long to go up a size and now everything fits the way I want and I don't hate my clothes anymore.
A random post about letting go a perceived size and buying clothes that actually fit.
Those who left their corporate job and are way happier, what do you do ?
reddit.comDespite my shy tendencies I went out of my comfort zone !
I consider myself a more introverted homebody, but despite my normal tendencies, I went out of my comfort zone and attended a friend event and I had SO much fun. Probably the most fun I’ve had in a while and I left the function with four other women’s phone numbers. Could not have asked for a better outcome
How to make better first impressions?
I started a walk club ! Something intimate around the area, however i have social anxiety and that can alter the way i show up to events. I have joined more social events to expand my surface area for connection. I often struggle with knowing what to say or questions to ask when in a setting i am unfamiliar with. Sometimes im so caught up in saying the right thing or being perceived a certain way, i am taken out of the present moment. I'm also thirty, while I have gotten better, i still have some quirks i hold on to that hold me back.
