GC Bayside Executive (Beta 1)

A tropical seaside executive course filled with six par 3's and three short par 4's.

It has quite diabolical slopes in spots and playing in the wind with all the assists off can be extremely challenging. Your short game will be tested. You'll have to play some bump and run shots into hills or mega flops to get balls close when you miss the green.

I wanted to have lots of collection areas and diagonal greens to challenge approach shots and force exacting precision on where to land the ball to get close. I tried to make sure each shot is playable for risk reward and play tested many times to make sure the slopes are functional--you may need a few tries to figure out the launch and spin required on some shots. It can even be a fun challenge with all the assists on. I think my best is only -2 or -3.

I didn't take the time to beautify the surroundings yet. I mostly enjoy making the course itself though so might not get around to that part.

Hope you try it out and enjoy.

What sort of exercises do you do for Cervical Stenosis? What exercises do you avoid?

Feel free to give your 2cents on if you think I'll need surgery as well.

I've been in physical therapy the last month and a half and haven't really noticed improvements. Sometimes it worsens symptoms a little. The nerve glides have been the most helpful.

Been doing nerve glides (ulnar, median, radial), chin tucks while prone, bird-dog exercise, weight machine pull downs and rows, theraband standing T pulls, wall walk with theraband, under the chin neck traction and inflatable neck traction device.

my symptoms are: pretty bad brain fog, bad pressure in forehead, numbness in face (very noticeable around mouth, and a little in tongue too as I sometimes fumble my words), numbness & coldness in extremities (both sides of toes and fingers), balance issues,

Here is what was found in the mri:

Cervical lordosis reversal at C5. Mild retrolisthesis of C5 on C6.

Bone marrow signal intensity is benign. The spinal cord signal intensity is normal. The included brain is normal.

C3-4: Disc degeneration. Bilateral uncovertebral joint spurring and facet arthrosis. No significant central canal

stenosis. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing.

C4-5: Disc degeneration. Bilateral uncovertebral joint spurring and facet arthrosis. No significant central canal

stenosis. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing.

C5-6: Bulging annulus. Uncovertebral joint spurring and facet arthrosis. Moderate central canal stenosis.

Marked bilateral foraminal stenosis.

C6-7: Uncovertebral joint spurring and facet arthrosis. Bulging annulus. This degeneration. Schmorl's nodes.

Mild central canal and bilateral foraminal narrowing

DAE find that adding a drop shadow/3d perspective to text makes it more readable and memorable?

Been looking for a way to get difficult concepts from textbooks or prose from novels to stick in my head better like images do. So I went on Canva and added a dropshadow to text I needed to read and I think I found the text sticks in my brain longer and better. Also seems a little more interesting to read

I've always wanted a sign that read 'Alberta.' I'm glad I don't have to pay for it

Gabby Lopez with the ball a foot below her feet

As good as all the chip ins and other swings were today, this was incredibly impressive. Went on to make par and is 2 back of the lead

Would love a critique on this B&M invert

My 2nd coaster using protrack. It might whip through too fast in some areas. idk

Is there a way to create terrain tunnels around coaster tracks after they've already been built?

Right now the terrain just submerges the track.

What does chatgpt's text to image generator struggle with still?

I have the free version and tried to generate a wooden roller coaster but it did not make a fully cohesive track--maybe a simpler prompt would help? Feel free to try. Cool theming and scenery it came up with I will say though.

prompt: create a fun wooden coaster that depicts the complete layout from a cool looking isometric type view with perspective if possible. have it have a mid course brake run and some water involved as the track is built over it in certain relevant portions. give it an interesting theme as well. make it as long as Ghost Rider at Knotts Berry Farm but don't copy it or draw major inspiration from it.

I'm am curious about the limiations of current ai models as it's been a while since generating anything. Was thinking of trying to do a medieval fantasy movie or picture book eventually. I remember in the past ai struggled with archery, but it seems even nano banana 2 is doing pretty well with that.

Also when creating a more violent action scene in say a medieval fantasy would it allow me to create zombies and blood and stuff like that? Seems nano banana and a bunch of others limit anything close to even pg-13 violence/gore.

Had my 2011 Toyota Corolla LE's catalytic converter stolen. Worth it to pay mechanic to install a guard shield on aftermarket replacement?

I've got a quote from a mechanic at $1165 for replacement of the catalytic converter and an extra $240 for the shield.

I've seen it recommended a lot and haven't found it helpful the three times I've tried.

To start, I took a 20 mg dose 2 nights in a row, 2 hours before sleep. Those two nights I did not sleep very well (pretty restless and noticeable buzzing in my brain) and did not have very vivid dreams at all--very sparse and noticeably worse than normal. The third night I did not take anything and slept much better and had a much more vivid dream.

Then last night I tried a 60mg dose (again, 2 hrs before sleep) and felt the same as the 20mg dose--restless sleep and poor dream recall and vividity.

Any other suggestions or perhaps going without supplements is the way to go? Maybe taking the supplement earlier in the day would be better for my brain chemistry?
