Need advice regarding a Maccaron order issue 🙏🏼

I placed a prepaid order on Maccaron for a Holika Holika lip tint on 12 May. On 13 May, the order status was marked as “Shipped” and a tracking ID was generated through Vamaship/BlueDart.

But the tracking has been stuck on “Shipment Booked / Online shipment booked” for days with absolutely no movement, pickup, or transit updates.

I contacted Vamaship support directly and they told me:

“Pickup not handed over by seller yet.”

So basically the shipment was only booked in the system, but the seller apparently hasn’t even handed over the parcel to the courier despite marking the order as shipped.

I’ve already mailed Maccaron support asking for clarification and timeline.

Has anyone else faced this with Maccaron or Chakraa Ventures?

Did your order eventually get dispatched or did you have to ask for cancellation/refund?

Would really appreciate some advice or similar experiences because this is a prepaid order and the situation feels very misleading.

Help Me Choose the Best Tsubaki Hair Mask for Low Porosity Hair

Which Tsubaki hair mask would be better for low porosity, thin, straight hair (1B/1C) that’s frizzy with very dry ends? I’m looking for something moisturizing and smoothing without making my hair greasy or weighed down.

I’d really appreciate advice from people who have experience using these variants.🙏🏼😭

The issue between me and Dewdropatelier has now been resolved mutually. There was a clear communication gap, but the matter has been handled smoothly, and I have received confirmation regarding the replacement.

I would also like to acknowledge my mistake - my unboxing video started from an already cut packet as I began filming midway.

At the same time, my request for a replacement came after my video was initially approved by their team, which reflects an oversight on their end.

This was ultimately a minor issue that escalated due to miscommunication. Moving forward, I would like to clarify that Dewdropatelier is a genuine business, and I take back any statements made in the heat of the situation that may have affected their reputation.

Posting this so others can be cautious while ordering from Dewdrop Atelier (Instagram jewellery store).

I ordered a necklace (₹599 approx), and it arrived with a broken crystal tip. I followed their policy and recorded an unboxing video - although it starts from an already cut packet since I almost forgot to record and began filming midway. The broken bead was only noticed after I had finished filming. (Video will be attached below)

When I reached out:

• They asked if the broken piece was inside (it wasn’t)

• Then admitted it might have been damaged during making

• Agreed to send a replacement - even said shipping would be free

Later, they completely changed their stance:

• Said I’d have to pay for shipping

• Started acting like they were doing me a favour

They also implied someone else was handling their side of the conversation. Just to be clear - as the business owner/employer, they remain responsible for what their representative communicates. Accountability doesn’t change.

What’s more ironic is that sharing my actual experience, along with full chat proof, is now being labelled as “defamation” and “false accusations.”

The issue isn’t just the damaged product - it’s the inconsistency and shifting narrative.

Would strongly suggest being cautious before ordering from them.

Also my question is - Why hire an intern who can’t properly do their job or even follow the brand’s own policies and then still approve the video in the first place? Also, why respond only after I called them out for replacement in the comments? Wasn’t it their immediate responsibility to step in and resolve this once the intern failed, instead of letting it drag on and waste my time?

Hey, does anyone know a genuine source for rice beer yeast cake/emao/bakhor/haaz pitha (rice beer starter)?

Looking for a trusted seller (preferably Assam-based or someone you’ve personally used). Trying to avoid scammers and low-quality stuff.

Any leads appreciated 🙏
