From a mayo and sauce company, I was browsing their recipes and saw this. I'm a fan of their stuff, but to call this a poutine instead of loaded fries is wrong. At least it's not another photo of that blue poutine Ford ad
Squeaky, albeit small curds, but plenty of them, good fries and a great sauce.
To me it seems very similar to the Valentine sauce packs, which was my favorite for home poutines. Might still be, I have to try this again to see
