I need to buy a basic 5k Btu window unit from Walmart or Target today. Is there any significant difference between the Midea and TCL brands ?

I have a TN T-Mobile SIM in a soon-to-be non-compatible Android phone. I have a TN ATT PSIM kit that I received a long time ago (held off on upgrading because I preferred the T-Mobile network). My plan is to use a compatible iPhone (iPhone 13 ios 18.7.8) with the ATT PSIM. Do I just download the TN app, place the TN ATT PSIM in the iPhone, and answer any prompts? My Visible Basic hotspot download speed is always around 5 Mbps . Upload seems to vary from 0.12 Mbps to 2 Mbps. It would seem that deprioritization would affect both. Why is there such variation in upload speed when the download speed is normal ?
