We also get a new mode and tactical gets more melee weapons (power sword, power axe, one handed hammer)

We DO get to fight loyalists as many of us suspected and I’m really excited for that

All of this from the recent community update for those wondering.

I fucking love this beautiful weapon and I wanted to share some of my favorite clips with her so far. Shes simple, shes effective, and shes fun as hell. Obviously not the best weapon in our arsenal, but she’s a work horse and the job will be done. Gameplays are from D5 and D6.

Custom games where everything was one shot with instant recharge, it was pretty fun to goof around with and this was pretty funny.

And the scenes just write themselves sometimes (also just the normal weekly)

It just feels so good, kill until killed.

Hotshot lasgun, bolt pistol, melta mine, melta gun (AND A PROPER ANTI ARMOR ONE NOT A SHOTGUN) I’m fucking drooling melting. Absolutely love the armor looks as well.

(I wasn’t paying enough attention and didn’t realize he popped over there) Also I still suck at PvP and apologize to any that end up on my team until Im better

Can’t even put it into execution without reloading, I guess we’ll never see a true anti armor melta outside of books/table top like games (DoW, battlesector, etc.). Also it’s not good against groups of them either.

But having all the weapons in PvP is pretty neat so theres that.

Just normal weekly, hard would’ve seen my head reduced to mist.

Endless hordes, endless waves, endless blood and guts, just as the slayer deserves.

So far I’ve been able to make it to round 4, heres the rounds spawn codes for anyone interested in giving it a go and presets are at the end though they aren’t too special, it’s super fun.

Also this is probably the closest I’ve seen to custodes gameplay and an fps no less, I’ve been itching to fight in the war within the webway and this is really scratching that itch. This DLC cooked so well.

Or would they tell me to fuck off until I can properly learn to create their sigils? I’m terrible at drawings and art in general but felt like practicing sigils, if I were really trying to use these to summon their gaze would they look upon me for more than a judgmental second?

I’ve been taking a small Spacemarine break to play the new Doom DLC and this is probably my new favorite weapon in any game at all now. A power spear is obviously it’s not the next weapon, nor even the one after that, in fact probably not even until SM3 BUT saber if we could get a power spear that would make my life (I’ve already wanted one before but now moreso).

I know we could do some absolutely kick ass things in the name of The Emperor (or The Ruinous powers if that floats your boat 😒😒 /s) with this spear just from the Omnissians axe moveset.

Obviously I don’t expect or want the chain effects, but slashing and stabbing with the OA is incredibly fun and I think a dedicated spear for other classes (at least melee focused) would be really fun, even with a slight tweak in movesets to keep the OA more unique (I have seen some players say they don’t want other spears/polearms because it would get rid of one of techies/OA uniqueness,).

Again not looking for this to be a priority it would just be really fun to have even if I’m waiting until SM3 for it.

Firstly for those unaware, in the PTS we are given a look at a new heroic Thunderhammer which is actually an axe (I don’t have access to the PTS so don’t ask for my opinions on anything from it other than looks).

Now this heroic hammaxe REALLY changes things up in terms of weapon possibilities, I mean we have a WHOLE DIFFERENT WEAPON SKIN ON A HAMMER, this could mean that now maybe we get to see saber flesh out other weapons that couldn’t really get their own full set (think the storm bolter for the easiest example, maybe this opens the way for that), maybe eventually down the line we DO get a version of Power Claws for our power fist, our possibilities are blown wide open.

Now for Chaplain: with the coming of the one handed hammer, I think that this is sabers way of experimenting to see if they could properly put a Crozius heroic onto the one handed hammer specifically for him. This is something that I also saw mentioned a few times in some of Yeertskis videos and seeing this has almost fully cemented that theory into my brain.

This is still all just speculation but I am truly excited to see where this leads us towards in coming updates even if we don’t get the Chaplain/Crozius there is still so much to look forward to with this

Sometimes you gotta laugh at the silly situations you put yourself in.

Very excited I knew they wouldn’t leave us hanging, there’s so much to look forward to from this.
