SEAT Ibiza 1.2 2014.

I just bought a cigarette lighter to replace my old one. In order to replace it, it says I have to remove the orange/red housing, however it gets stuck in this position and won't slide forward any more.

I assume this is because the cigarette lighter coil is in. I also cannot remove this as it's flat to the surface.

Any ideas? Thanks.

An Ecuador dish. The popcorn is basically a replacement for croutons.

Hear me out, it's delicious.

3 tbsp popcorn kernels/6-7 cups popped popcorn - 110 cal

1 tomato cup a soup - 94 cal

Makes 3 bowls of volumised soup. Delicious and filling.

Most important thing to do let the soup cool a bit first so it doesn't instantly melt the popcorn.
