Once again I am asking for your support

I used a list filter to filter out the recipe for Salt (mixer + water) but now when I throw a breeze rod into the awkward potion (to make a Windcharge potion) it just makes a mundane potion… due to the mundane potion recipe being water + breeze rod… so again, I ask what I asked originally in my first post, is there any way to filter out liquid recipes?

My potion thingamajig just keeps giving me salt

Hey everyone, been tinkering a lot with Create lately, having a blast. I set up this automatic brewing station where a water pipe pumps water into a basin, but when I throw the nether wart in, it makes salt for some reason. Usually I would just fix this by adding a recipe filter to the basin, but I don’t have the liquid block I would need to filter it. Any idea what I could be missing?

Is there a way to stop lil fishies from spawning in my water wheel setup?

Total newbie to modded MC here. I’m trying out Create and really enjoying it so far. I put a big water wheel in my base to get some rotational energy going and even though it’s just one water source block, these little fish keep spawning in the pool, which kind of annoys me. Especially cause every minute or so, one flops out of the water and dies.

PSA: SBB Fines Calculated From Scheduled Departure Time, Not Actual Departure Time

EDIT: It seems this is actually not how it is supposed to work, potentially an error, and hopefuIly I’ll get no fine.

Okay, okay, I’m being dramatic, but damn does this piss me off. As you may know, in recent years, SBB has really doubled down on checking for tickets and handing out fines. The rule is (or so I thought) that you have to buy your ticket *before* entering the train, so if the train departs at 21:20 and you get in and buy your ticket as it leaves the station at 21:21, and you get checked, *wham!* You get hit with a fine.

And, well, that’s a bit scummy but fair. I’m not losing sleep over that. But what irks me is what happened to me today, and what it means for us passengers.

Today, my train was late - by nearly five minutes, mind you. I would have missed it if it were punctual, so I’m not complaining about the delay… but just an FYI:

You have to buy your ticket *before scheduled departure time* and not before the train actually departs. What does this mean? It means that I, who arrived at the station late, ran up to the rail, bought myself a ticket with the SBB app and *only then* jumped onto the delayed train… was fined.

Fined the same amount as if I had simply refused to buy a ticket at all.

Look, to me, there’s just a clear problem here, this private business has no competition and can be as unreasonable as they want, in full knowledge that the very best anyone can do to opt out of their services is to buy a car and sit in traffic for half their life.

Okay, end of rant. SBB can bite me. I’m sticking to horse & buggy from now on.

Elon Musk’s Mail-Order Child Bride Finally Speaks Out, Nobody Surprised

Few if any are surprised to learn that the world’s richest man, who grew up in apartheid South Africa, met his first wife through an east asian human trafficking ring. When asked for comment, Musk assured Onion News reporters that “This particular instance of human trafficking has NOTHING to do with Epstein’s island” and that “Cancel culture has gone too far”.

Survival of the fittest

Just a harmless question… if not to show what the food looks like, then what on earth is the point of a restaurant having pictures of their food anyways?

It’s sort of deceptive, is it not, using completely fictitious images to advertise non-existent or completely different products?

Oh? …You’re saying that’s the whole point? To sell people something under the illusion that it is better than it really is so consumers don’t become as frustrated with shrinkflation and planned obsolescence?

*~gasp*

Woah

Reddit AI-Bot Starter Pack

  1. New account

  2. Little to no Karma

  3. Posts in a different subreddit each time, never the same subreddit twice

  4. Default Username

  5. Inhuman response time (comments entire paragraphs on posts within half a second of them being posted)

And perhaps the smoking gun:

  1. Inhuman consistency

There’s this myth that bots are ‘perfect’ at grammar and spelling, and while there is some truth to the fact that AI-bots tend to be extremely consistent, they can also be consistently incorrect.

The most common example of this is when bots (like this one) type only in lowercase in an effort to imitate casual, low-effort Reddit responses. Another common one is when they use perfect punctuation throughout the comment but the comment is always missing a period at the end. This is a parameter put in place to try fly under the radar of people expecting bots to be perfect.

Remember, just like Fascism or cults, one of these factors doesn’t mean that you’re dealing with a bot. It’s when a multiple of these factors overlay with not even a SINGLE example in their post history that ‘breaks’ the formula, that’s when you can be sure you’re dealing with a bot account.

every day, we stray further from nature

I’ve done my best to conceal the branding here, but this product confuses me. I was waiting at the train station when I saw it in a vending machine - a bag of beef jerky, nothing special, this brand of beef jerky stocks just about every vending machine in the country I live in. But something stuck out to me - a small, blue banner across the bottom of the packaging.

>MRBEAST APPROVED

And my first thought was, that’s an awfully weird way to label a collaboration. I mean, it’s nothing new that brands like these do collaborations on products, and as you can see in the second image, there are plenty of those… but this isn’t that. The content of this packaging wasn’t changed at all, the product is the same. The only difference is that it now is “MR BEAST APPROVED”.

From what I’ve heard the quality of Mr. Beast’s products are sub-par at BEST. So it’s not like Mr. Beast’s “approval” means anything. Even in theory. It literally might as well just say “KIDS! HEY KIDS! BUY THIS!”

What’s next? Mr. Beast approved sneakers? Mr Beast approved band-aids? Hell, let’s just slap the Mr Beast Approved banner on every damn product in the store!

Why does this bother me so much? Because Mr. Beast isn’t a brand, it’s a cult, and rather than choosing products based on quality, or cost, their goal is that you’ll choose the products they chose for you.

Headless Beekeeper Bug

Not entirely sure why, but my beekeeper outfit has somehow made my head vanish. I’ve attached pictures of how the outfit is supposed to look, as it looks on my girlfriend’s character. Not complaining, just a bit worried this may affect my job. Bees tend to get a bit jumpy around headless beekeepers.

I thought it could be cool to try and recreate an idea from when I started using Procreate about a year ago. The first image is the new one, the second image the original. Personally I think they each have their own charm.
