Is this mold?

I've has storage totes stacked in this area for just under a year, trying to do some organizing and I see this. Is it mold? Or just dirty? I'm in Iowa, this is a apartment I rent and this is just not a problem I need right now. It's only along this small section of baseboard

Going bald at 24 will be my death sentence

I hate myself, I hate looking at myself in the mirror I'm so fucking ugly, I have nothing going for me. Why did I have to start losing my hair, the only thing I had that I could make my appearance work. Every time I look in the mirror I get so disgusted and depressed that this is me. I don't want to keep living like this, I'm ugly, worthless, and get no enjoyment out of life. It sucks knowing I'll never be able to look the way I want or be happy being me. Fuck life.

I'm game sharing with a friend and I pre ordered the premium edition of FH6 but it doesn't say he owns it.

Hello, me and my friend have been game sharing for years, we just redid the whole thing of setting each other as home Xbox since he never set mine when he upgraded the console. He can now download the other games but still can't download or say he owns FH6. I want to play it early with him, did we make a mistake or something I should know? Any help appreciated
