I dont know if this is allowed here. I am looking for someone to shape my mullet. Unfortunately, I haven't found a good hair styler. The last couple of times, when I said I want a mullet, the hair dressers haven't even know what a mullet is.

I just started a new job in Germany, and I am surprised with how close the urinals are to each other. In my old workplace, the urinals were close to each other, but here in my new workplace, they are literally like 5 cm apart from each other, no kidding.

The obvious thing, I guess, is to just piss and be done with it, but it feels strange to me, especially at work, where you are working together with these people. If one urinal is occupied, is it better to wait? Or is it common to just piss next to each other? Or am I overthinking?

ich brauche mal euren Rat, weil ich gerade ziemlich nervös bin, ich fange in zwei Wochen einen neuen Job an. Der ganze Bewerbungsprozess lief super, und während der Gespräche wurde nie nach Arbeitszeugnissen gefragt. Ich habe den Vertrag schon vor ein paar Wochen unterschrieben und dachte, alles sei in trockenen Tüchern.

Jetzt schreibt mir HR, dass sie meine Arbeitszeugnisse brauchen. Das Problem ist, dass mein letztes Arbeitszeugnis ist leider nicht gut, und ich habe Angst, dass das jetzt alles kaputtmacht. Es hat Monate gedauert, bis ich diesen Job gefunden habe, und ich will ihn wirklich nicht verlieren.

Zusätzlich läuft bei mir aktuell noch eine Kündigungsschutzklage gegen meinen vorherigen Arbeitgeber. Dadurch bin ich mir unsicher, wie ich das gegenüber meinem neuen Arbeitgeber am besten handhaben soll, vor allem, weil das schlechte Zeugnis ja genau aus diesem Konflikt heraus entstanden ist.

Hat jemand Erfahrung damit? Wie gehe ich am besten damit um, ohne direkt Misstrauen zu wecken? Soll ich das schlechte Zeugnis einfach mitschicken, vorher etwas erklären? Oder ist es normal, dass Firmen erst spät nach Unterlagen fragen und es vielleicht gar nicht so dramatisch ist?

Ich bin gerade echt verunsichert und würde mich über jeden Rat freuen.

Hi everyone

I have been using a chest freezer as my cold plunge for the last 2 years and up until now I have only sealed the seams with silicone caulk. It’s actually held up surprisingly well, but I just drained it for a clean and noticed that some of the silicone is starting to peel off.

I’m wondering if there are any trustable liners that ship to Europe. I found the BoxPlunge ones, but they dont ship outside the US.
