Chronic pain need help! Pinky Toe Foot 🥲

I have an ongoing injury… it started 12 months ago when I rolled my foot in unsupported shoes.

2 MRI’s no damage
4 x rays no damage

Shockwave therapy almost sent me back to round 1

Now experiencing nerve pain it’s a lot of pain in pinky toe + neighboring toe and left side outer bottom pad of foot…

Already did PT got better and reinjured 3rd time only meloxicam helps and doesn’t take pain away… ANY ADVICE?!

Chronic Foot Injury

(32 F | 140 LB | Non Smoker)
Hi I rolled my foot in unsupportive shoes walking to fast approx 1 year ago.

Experiencing daily pain, and limping after walking .25 or .50 miles, only feels good to wear tennis shoes.

- Saw 2 podiatrist - took x-rays nothing came up.
- Orthopedic surgeon - gave me inflammation meds it helped a little
- 2 MRI’s - no fracture
- Physical therapy- really helped

It’s re-injured 3 times in the past 12 months to the point of needing to limp.
Back to daily aching pain.

Just tried shock wave therapy on level 1 out of 24 at at my chiropractor and it’s set me back had to stop treatment it was very painful in one area he touched and made me get shaky.

It’s feeling a lot worse since the shock wave attempt.

I feel like I’ve really tried hard with no results. Looking for help? No idea on next steps.

Main Pain: Joint of pinky toe where it connects to foot & middle left outer part of foot (halfway).

Secondary Pain: IT Band & 2 inches left of outer knee.

Thanks for reading 🙏

Creatine? Throat hurts. Is this normal?

I took half a scoop of creatine yesterday and today and felt AMAZING! But unfortunately it make the middle of my throat burn so bad. Has anyone else had this problem? And honestly do you think if I take creatine pills from a company like perfect amino the pill may have a better effect?!

Thanks. I’m bummed :/!

GLP1 + CHRONIC PAIN (does it help) [ inflammation]?

Hello, I have had a weird foot injury that has not healed after 11 months. I’ve had MRI’s and PT’s. Inflammatory medicine seemed to help, but then the issue comes back. I noticed after eating inflammatory foods I can feel the foot pain, and inflammation in my shoulder flare up occasionally from 2 years ago’s shoulder injury.

My question is has any one had an experience like this?

Does micro dosing help?

Normal remedies for reducing inflammation aren’t working. I also had a few autoimmune labs come back AB normal.

Thanks 🙏.

Out of curiosity is there anyone here that is not needing to lose weight that microdoses for inflammation?
If so, what is your dose? Where do you get it from?
