Estradiol injections or gel

My doctor has given me the choice between doing gel estradiol or injections. I think I am more inclined to do the injection since I will be doing that testosterone that way as well, but I am also afraid because I don’t see a lot of women doing it that method. The only thing that I find online is for transgender. Also, I am seeing that the injections tend to be a higher risk.

Vyvanse has been absolutely life-changing for me, but I’m not sure if the benefits outweigh the risks

I am a 31 female recently diagnosed.

I’m looking for some honest experiences/opinions from people who take Vyvanse and monitor their blood pressure closely.

I’m on 20 mg of Vyvanse and I’ve noticed a very consistent pattern over the last month and a half
Before taking my medication in the morning, my blood pressure is usually around:
100/70 to 90/60
resting pulse around 50-60
Then about 2–4 hours after taking Vyvanse (when it feels like it’s peaking), my blood pressure changes to around:
105–120 systolic
but the bottom number is almost always 85–90
pulse usually goes up into the 90s

Example:
before meds: 100/70
during peak: 120/85 to 125/90
evening around 5–6 PM: back down again

I take my BP correctly:
sitting quietly for 5–20 minutes
feet flat
using an Omron monitor 10 series

I’m trying to figure out:
Is this considered a mild/normal stimulant response?
Has anyone had this long-term and been okay?
Did your body eventually adapt?
Did you stay on the medication or switch?
I’m especially interested in hearing from people who naturally had low blood pressure before stimulants.

How long did it take your heart rate to go back down to normal after discontinuing this medication? I have taken consistently for two weeks and my body is very sensitive to medication. It drastically raised my heart rate. Today is the first full day that I have not taken it and it remains elevated. I’m really worried that this might be permanent.

Been on for 2 weeks daily now and my heart rate is 30bpm higher than my baseline. I feel like I have less endurance and it’s pretty noticeable when I’m trying to relax.. this medication works really well for me so I’m sad that I may stop because of this issue..

I feel like my body would have adapted by now so I don’t see it getting any better

I’m also fearful that even if I get off it won’t go back to normal.
