Alexa just opened Prime TV when I randomly said "Alexa" in conversation but I have not set it up - how to disable this?

I hate smart home voice activation stuff for privacy reasons, so I don't have any in my house at all, but my QLED tv is apparently listening to me, somehow.

Any advice how to disable this terrible feature please?
