So I got approved for money on my fafsa and automatically accepted the funds. I got an email from my college that I I have to pick how I want my money on BankMobile but when I check it says information not found for some reason. I went to financial aid office today and they told me to get in touch with bank mobile but they never answer !!!what do I do ?!

I’ve been trying to log in to access my financial aid to get it deposited to my bank account and every time I log in with or without Wi-Fi It says access denied.. has anyone had this issue with bank mobile? I don’t understand what’s going on and I can’t find any information on why this would be happening. Its very frustrating.. I got an email with my grants and they’re also accepted
So I think a family member might get promoted to my store. What will happen. Do they not ask or notify about me transferring? Or they just do it
