Anyone here worked at Vidal Health? Looking for honest reviews.
A friend of mine recently received an offer from Vidal Health, and we're trying to understand more about the company beyond what's available online.
How is the company in terms of:
• Work culture
• Management
• Learning opportunities
• Career growth
• Work-life balance
• Salary hikes and promotions
• Job security
Would love to hear from current or former employees. Any red flags or things a candidate should know before joining?
Thanks!
Hi, I’m Rashmi, an MCA graduate currently in Bangalore looking for a job in Software Development/Data Analytics.
I’ve been applying daily on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other portals. But instead of actual opportunities, most calls I get go like this:
“Congratulations, we have openings for your profile.”
“You can get selected tomorrow.”
“You just need to pay for job ID generation/registration/interview process.”
Like seriously… why would a candidate pay a company to get a job? 😭
Every single day I get around 2-3 calls like this. At this point, hearing “we are calling regarding your application” gives me trust issues.
As a fresher already stressed about career, moving cities, money, and pressure from life, this stuff genuinely feels exhausting. People come to Bangalore with dreams and end up dealing with scams pretending to be recruiters.
Are other freshers facing this too?
And if anyone has advice for finding genuine opportunities, please share.
Trying to stay hopeful in this weird job market era where “entry-level” somehow means: ✔ 3 years experience
✔ 10 skills
✔ and apparently paying recruiters too 💀

Hey everyone 👋
I recently started my content creation journey and honestly… it’s equal parts exciting and terrifying. One day you feel cinematic, next day you’re filming biryani in a PG kitchen with one dying tube light and pure determination 💀
I’ll be posting:
✨ Lifestyle & daily life
🍜 Food adventures
🏋️ Fitness & glow-up journey
🎥 Bangalore/PG chaos
💻 Tech + career journey as an MCA grad
🌸 Random cozy moments and memories
Would genuinely mean a lot if you checked out my content and supported me 🫶

Every follow/sub matters when you’re starting from zero and fighting the algorithm like it personally has a vendetta 😭
Thank you 🌷
I’m honestly feeling really lost right now.
I completed my MCA and I’ve been trying hard to get a job in tech, mostly Data Analyst / Data Science / Full Stack roles. I know Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and I’ve even built projects using Next.js and MongoDB. But despite applying everywhere, I’m barely getting responses. It’s been almost a year now.
The hardest part is not even rejection anymore. I don’t even get responses.
I genuinely want to support my basic expenses on my own, and it’s starting to affect me mentally. Every day feels like waking up and trying to fight panic before the day even begins. I’m applying on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Wellfound, everywhere I can.
Sometimes I feel like maybe I’m not skilled enough. Sometimes I feel like the market is just terrible for freshers. Probably both.
I’m willing to learn, work hard, do internships, freelance work, anything honestly. I just want a chance to start somewhere and become financially stable.
If anyone here has advice on:
- how they got their first tech job
- freelancing as a fresher
- remote work opportunities
- improving resume/portfolio
- where companies are actually hiring freshers
please share.
I know a lot of people are struggling right now, but it gets really overwhelming when you feel stuck and broke at the same time.
Thanks for reading.
