Finally got a call back
I applied a couple months ago and finally got a call back. It's the only call I've received on an application after at least 40 applications to other locations (Food Lion and others).
Thought it was pretty cool.

Not necessarily a newbie, but hey, you can always learn a little something everywhere.
How do I avoid analysis paralysis? I've always struggled with it when designing how I believe a system ought to be, and I plan too many features before I even have a backbone or prototype working. I never really got to understand the concept of YAGNI because the developers I knew never really passed it onto me.
Does anyone have advice to avoid this?
I don't belong here, obviously, but I genuinely have some questions because I live in a very conservative part of the US.
How do you guys genuinely perceive progressives? Like, from a general standpoint. Not from an emotional standpoint.
Why do you lean towards conservatism, and is there a particular thing you may be progressive in regards to?
Are you religiously affiliated? How does it affect your views?
What hot takes do you have that you are willing to debate on?
Please, if you reply, keep it civil. If you don't agree with me on my views, that's fine. Rain grows grass, not thunder.
If I have any further questions I'll probably ask assuming that I respond.
Dunno if this is the right flair, by the way. Just let me know if not.
(This isn't the MCSR client, but it is 1.16.1)
It's both an OC and an inspired avatar (so, kind of cosplay). It's inspired from my Notoriety character.
Accidentally posted in the wrong subreddit and only realized a day after, oops...

Hi, got kind of bored and made an outfit inspired by my Notoriety character. I know it's not very well made, I kind of just clicked stuff. Any advice? Rating? I'd love to change some things, I just don't know what I should change.
Thanks.
Hey, this might be a dumb question but is there a good site for UEFI documentation? I like the UEFI site, but it leaves me with more questions than answers oftentimes.
Just thought it was pretty cool. Yeah I know the levels are lies in and of themselves.
I was kind of a "not diagnosed but everyone's pretty sure" case, so...
Couldn't add more specific age groups up to 60 years, but it's fine. Just a quick poll I thought may be interesting.
Hello!
I'm not sure what flair I should use, but here's basically the gist of it:
I'm going to open paid commissions at some point, but don't have a portfolio.
Therefore, I'm opening free commissions to build a portfolio for myself.
That being said, please consider the following:
Keep your commission at or below 1,500 LoC
Keep your commission self-containing (I'm not interlinking with other systems, sorry.)
Stay within the limits of Roblox ToS and do not request NSFW commissions
No complex systems allowed (so, basically, nothing super large and sprawling).
If I'm interested in your commission for a portfolio project, expect me to get back to you within around three business days (Mon-Fri).
For inquiries, contact catsaccount on Discord.
Hi all,
I'm going to eventually open up paid coding commissions somewhere to act as a side gig for money. Problem is, I don't really have much of a portfolio even though I'm (I'd like to argue) pretty skilled.
So, I'm going to accept some commission requests from this post (I'll contact you privately). Please be aware that your code may be used for portfolio purposes and that there are a few ground rules I have to set for my safety:
- No NSFW Requests
- No Roblox TOS Violations
- No Complex Systems
Please keep your commission achieveable under 1,500 Lines of Code, and please keep it self-contained. I will not interlink it with other systems.
I'm curious to see what you guys will throw at me.
My reading and math stayed the same. My Science and English went up, though. Still going to retake. Not a huge fan of where it is right now.
I am neutral. Neutre. I don't swing either way; I like AI, but I don't like how it came to be.
Thoughts? Opinions? Maybe explanations?
