Hallo Leute,

Sorry für den elendslangen Post...

Ich überlege seit längerem mein Hobby durch einen kleinen Online-Shop + Social Media zu erweitern. Ich habe absolut keine Ahnung von dem ganzen Zeug was Steuern, Gesetze, etc. angeht. Ich habe mich bis jetzt ab und zu damit beschäftigt aber nie richtig ernst. Wieso auch immer.

Ich habe auch keine Ahnung ob ich viel Geld für den Anfang bräuchte etc.. Ich kann das alles tatsächlich 0 einschätzen wie sowas läuft und ich bin mir nebenbei irgendwie fast sicher, die ersten Jahre mit dem ganzen minus zu machen. Was mich nicht stört, weil ich trotzdem dadurch mein Hobby mehr ausleben kann und nebenbei natürlich meinen Hauptberuf weiter machen werde. (Es soll aber definitiv nicht in Liebhaberei ausarten, ich will damit irgendwann Plus machen, ich sehe nur nicht, dass es zumindest fürs erste Jahr so sein wird.) Da wäre auch die Frage ob es Zuschläge vom Staat für eine Gründung gibt?

Achso es geht hier um einen kleinen spezialisierten Onlineshop für absolute Pflanzen Raritäten. Nicht die typischen Pflanzen die man im ersten Jahr für ein paar hundert Euro kauft und die nach 1-2 Jahren dann im Kaufland für 15€ stehen. Könnt euch ja mein Profil ansehen wenn es wen interessiert. Außerdem wie gesagt Social Media.

Ich habe tatsächlich schon eine private Sammlung verschiedener Spezies die viele botanische Gärten übertrifft und manche dieser Pflanzen bekommt man tatsächlich so gut wie gar nicht wenn man nicht die richtigen Leute kennt.

Diese Sammlung würde ich auch gerne nutzen als "Mutterpflanzen" Kollektion. Diese sollen einfach wachsen und mit der Zeit immer mehr und mehr Nachwuchs zum verkaufen erstellen. Das ist sowieso mehr das Konzept des Shops Mehr vermehren/Zucht als dauernd nur kaufen/verkaufen. Definitiv wird es auch einiges geben was ich dazukaufe, importiere etc. aber das eher nur um die Kollektion zu erweitern.

Einen richtigen Laden wird es erstmal nicht geben. Die Interessenten für solche Pflanzen sind gering und weit gestreut, dass ein Laden nicht viel bringt, zumindest am Anfang nicht.

Da komm ich auch zum nächsten Thema. Ich muss die Pflanzen, Versandmaterial, etc ja irgendwo lagern. Zuhause sind wir schon am Limit. Darf ich mir da anmieten was ich will? Also ne Garage oder Lagerhalle, etc? Ist vielleicht eine dumme Frage aber ich meine wir sind ja in Deutschland. Würde mich nicht wundern wenn es dafür auch Regeln gibt.

Außerdem lohnt sich ein Steuerberater für den Anfang? Wie gesagt ich glaube nicht, dass viel am Anfang passieren wird, außer, dass ich viele Ausgaben haben werde. Buchhaltung sollte ich auch noch hinkriegen mit dem richtigen Tool.

Und das wichtigste Kleinunternehmen oder nicht. Ich blick hier nicht ganz durch, manche sagen ja super, manche sagen bringt nix etc. Was sagt ihr dazu?

So falls ihr es tatsächlich bis zum Ende geschafft habt, danke fürs Lesen und würde mich über alles zu dem Thema freuen. Eure Erfahrungen, Tipps, Meinungen, etc.

Ich habe überlegt ob ich mal anfange meine Steuererklärung zu machen. Mir wurde es auch geraten da ich letztes Jahr 6 Monate arbeitslos/arbeitssuchend war. Ich weiß nur nicht ob es sich wirklich lohnt und wie ich es am Besten machen soll/kann.

Es gibt ja haufenweise Seiten wo man es machen kann und auch auf Elster kann man es gratis machen.

Ich verstehe nicht unbedingt viel von Steuern etc, dachte mir aber es würde sich ja vielleicht lohnen mal anzufangen.

Was sagt ihr dazu?

Edit: Danke an die Kommis, ich habe gelernt, dass ich sowieso eine machen muss, also ob es sich lohnt oder nicht werden wir ja sehen.

Wann bekommt man eigentlich das Geld zurück? Also einem Monat nach Ablauf der Frist oder erst im nächsten Jahr etc.

Hey yall. Im using a Create Modpack i made myself and im searching for a nice music/sound mod just like Create - Songs and Speakers (Iam Music Player Fork).

Sadly it doesnt seem to work quite well (comments suggesting crashes and music stops playing etc) and it didnt get any updates in a while, i was also looking at Etched, but it also has issues and you cant control the volume, etc.

Does anybody has any suggestions?

Hey yall so i was thinking about setting up a leaf fish (Monocirrhus polyacanthus) aquarium and would love some advice on the stock list for the aquarium and any other advice yall would have.

First of all the tank will be a 450 Liter Aquarium (150×50×60 cm). Thought of blackwater, riverbank build.

My stock list so far would be:

4 Monocirrhus,

a pair of Mesonauta insignis,

5-6 Rineloricaria sp. Red

12-15 Thoracocharax stellatus (im not sure about these, since they should get big enough to not get eaten but im not sure if thats really true as i couldnt really find anything about them getting bigger then 7-8 cm but read that they can get bigger 10-12, also not sure if they make too much stress for the Monocirrhus),

2 Bunocephalus coracoideus and

maybe if its not too much 3-4 Farlowella acus.

I sadly dont have much experience with bigger tanks so i have no idea if its too much or not i just cant picture it in my head if i wont see anything (which isnt necessarly gonna happen much either way with this stock, Camouflage and shit) or its way to over crowded.

I want to keep strictly fish from SA and the plants will also all originiate from there (Echinodorus, Nymphaea, Vallisneria, Ludwigia, Myriophyllum, Limnobium, etc.)

My plan is to have a build with many mangroves, coming from the top, and wood all over the tank. A few lava rocks, and a lot of leaf litter and other stuff on the ground. Also a few clay hides and stuff.

For the soil: Aquasoil for the parts where plants will grow, covered with sand and sand in the whole tank.

So yeah i think thats it for now. Open for any suggestions and advice, nothing is set in stone, its just my first brainstorming.

Also i would love to have some other creatures like snails, crabs or clams or stuff but couldnt find anything that would fit, especially because most are not from SA.

Edit: Wanted to have an open tank for emers plants (Pothos, Monstera), but since Thoracocharax jump i thought about a net top with some cutouts for clip-on boxes for these plants).
