Pwede ba iupdate ang blood type sa LTO Office upon Non Pro DL application? I have lab test as reference pero hindi ito reflected sa LTO Med Certificate.
The LTO Medical Certificate is from my Student Permit application one month ago. Blanko ang Blood Type nun.
Then I got a lab test for my blood type. Para sana pag magaapply nako ng Non Pro DL next week ay mapaupdate ko na din.
I tried to return to the LTO Clinic where I got my Med Cert para iupdate nila ang blood type using my lab test as reference but it seems na nagsara or nagrelocate na ang clinic.
Now when I apply for Non pro DL, can I ask LTO na lang to update my blood type by using my lab test as reference? Kahit ba sa med cert ko ay blank ang lab test? Thank you!
