Serco?

Hi all, due to my conditions deteriorating- I decided to let PIP know. They received my form on the 25th of June. Has anyone dealt with Serco at all and could tell me their experience? Since the application, my condition worsened a bit more as well and I’m on a different treatment plan. I’m hoping for a good outcome of course, but the waiting in the unknown is a killer 😮‍💨

Hotel in Spain had Bob Marley under my name

Couple of years ago, when checking in to our hotel in Spain, I noticed the hotel had written this under my name. I’ve let them know in advance I will be travelling with my prescription. Thought it was so funny, I know some might find this offensive 😵‍💫
