I applied for withdrawal of admission from amity university and even sent my withdrawal form to them from speed post

i’m starting college soon and I GENUINELY need good “going out” tops. I’m so done with basics my entire wardrobe is filled with basic tops that I’ve barely worn

Plsss give good recommendations, where can I find good (party type?) tops that look elegant but also not cheap. Something I can wear on a nice casual dinner or clubbing
