Have seen tweets etc that the queues are very long.. flying to the UK on Saturday, how long would you allow for immigration checks?

Or will BA just blame it on weather and say no?
In my case, our delay was also because our crew timed out and they couldn’t get a replacement for hours.. also the treatment on board.. 7 hours on board on the tarmac and no food offered .. really fell below what I’d expect from BA. Worth a try?

Weather delay then crew timed out. Stuck on the tarmac at LHR waiting for new cabin crew (who were called hours ago!!!) no food being offered or teas or coffees. Everyone starting to lose their minds
Four and a half hour onward journey to come as well
