Pressing CapsLock gives the laptop a seizure

I am experiencing persistent issues with my keyboard following a cleaning incident a few years ago. Specifically, keys like 'g', 'h', and 'e' have become unresponsive. Interestingly, these keys only register an input if I press them simultaneously with another key, such as the spacebar or various other keys. Additionally, pressing CapsLock causes the laptop to overheat, function keys to invert, and triggers random Windows shortcuts (Game Bar, File Explorer, Speech to Text). Is this a hardware failure or a software issue? The problem with the CapsLock persists with an external keyboard.

moto G45 recognises simcard but no data or signal

My Moto G45 (1 year 9 months old) recently fell into a pool. I immediately switched it off and let it dry for several hours. When I turned it back on, the mobile network worked briefly, long enough for me to process some payments, but it has since stopped working entirely, showing a "no signal" icon with a caution mark as seen in the attached photo. Does anyone know if this is a permanent hardware failure or if there is a way to fix the connectivity issue? Any advice would be appreciated.
