Cinderella hair treatment?

Hey all,

I have seen Cinderella hair treatment listed as organic keratin treatment for damaged hair in all korean salons. Has anyone ever tried it? Is it worth doing it? I know it's temporary for like a month or 2.

I have gotten it twice before where I live but it is all chemical based and has always increased my hairfall. So I was just wondering if korean one is really organic and free of chemicals or not.

Please share your personal experiences.

Thank you.

17 hrs flight upgrade offer

Hey so just got an offer for one leg of the flight which is basically 16+ hrs and that is around 2500 USD.

Any idea if they will lower the offer rate if the seats are still empty?

And if I ask at the counter will it be more than this?

I have done 10hrs flight but in A380 which was comfortable even though the flight was full.

For this flight have already paid for the extra legroom with exit door (only this was available) but I was thinking if there will be an empty row hopefully then I will shift to that seat instead of extra legroom. Because I like to sit crossed leg and can't do that in that extra legroom seat because of fixed armrest :( my money will be wasted though:(

SF to LA via PCH

Hey all,

We are a couple traveling to USA.. Will land in SF spend 3 days there then want to move to a hotel for overnight stay before beginning our road trip via highway 1 to LA.

Want to stay near highway 1 to avoid SF morning traffic and to save some time.

What about half moon bay?

Or fremont? But staying in fremont will miss the coastal drive from half moon bay..

Upgrade option

Hey all we are flying after 6 days to USA and I just want to know how much is the upgrade for to business class. But whenever I click on the option it says something went wrong. Why is this happening?

Also, will we get any upgrade offer via email if we booked it through a travel agent?

Mobile app

Hey all so this is my first time with Qatar Airways and I am so disappointed with how pathetic their mobile app is. Whenever I try to see upgrade option it says something went wrong. Same happens with select seats option.

I have always flown Emirates previously and their app is so amazing. Idk why they claim to be one of the best airlines and still their app is so down. :( 😞

First long haul flight with Qatar Airways

Hello all

We are a couple traveling to USA soon with Qatar Airways. I have always traveled on Emirates A380 and I find that very comfortable and spacious when it comes to economy seats.

Now Qatar flys A350-1000 for both short and long. Do u think it is a good idea to pay and select the seats? Even for standard I will have to pay. So is it worth to get extra legroom seat?

The only disadvantage I feel is that the armrest is fixed.

And I am thinking what if the plane is not full and I get another extra seat? Like we get an empty middle seat.

30A,C,H,K are available only.

Which is like 2 seats together in the front.

Also how many bathrooms are there on the plane? A380 has so many and very clean so never faced any issue.

Just a nervous flyer.

P.S. how much do u think they will charge if we upgrade from doha to sfo? I know it will be too much. Just asking for info.

Doh to SFO

Hey all,

Will he flying to SFO soon IA.

Was wondering which seats to get which is more comfortable? Have always traveled with Emirates A380 and that is a spacious plane.

Is it worth paying for extra legroom seat? The down side is that the armrest doesn't move and it would be noisy if there are children on those seats.

  1. What is the cheapest way to upgrade one route? Got the tickets from a travel agent.

Thanks.

Doha to SFO

Hey all

I have booked tickets for SFO one way and coming back from JFK. Have to pay within 24 hrs. Flight is after 2 weeks. Now I have 2 questions.

  1. Because of the ongoing middle east situation and the recent news is it wise decision to travel on Qatar Airways?

Other option is Turkish Airlines

  1. Doha to SFO is not operating since March .. they will resume from June 11th but is there any news regarding it? I mean they will not cancel it again right?

Super confused. Short time and have to make a decision.

Qatar airways or Turkish Airlines.

Couple trip in June.

Hello, going for 18 days. Have posted before as well but now since I have finalized the itinerary I want your suggestions..

Landing in NYC. Will spend 5 or 6 days. Might do a day trip to DC.

From NYC fly to Seattle.

Will spend 3 or 4 days in Seattle as my best friend lives there.

Then thinking of doing roadtrip to LA and back home.

Roadtrip:

Seattle to portland stay a night.

Then to redwood national park. Which is the best most scenic route to go to redwood? Google map shows I5.. 101 is the best but it is not showing it from that route.

Explore and go to SF stay there for 2 days.

Then SF to LA in one go stopping in Monterey, big Sur and Santa Barbara.

Spend 3 4 days in LA and back home.

Thinking of staying in Santa Monica. Is it a good place? Everyone suggested not to stay in downtown LA because there will be many homeless people around at night and not safe.

Any and every suggestion is welcome :)

First USA trip.. couple

Hello,

We are a couple traveling in June to USA for the first time.

Thinking of landing in nyc..

Nyc to Chicago by road via Niagara falls. I want to do the maid of the mist. Is it worth it?

Then from Chicago fly to LA and come back to home.

Now in LA we want to travel by road to nearby cities to see nature..

My best friend lives in Seattle but I don't think so it is a good idea to add this too in this trip?

Going for 18 days.

P.S. we both are not into history and museums so skipping Washington dc and surrounding areas of nyc.

Also we want to see natural beauty and not just city..

Moisturizer for oily dehydrated acne prone skin

So I am using cerave since few years now. I have acne prone skin this is something in my genes too. Oily skin and dehydrated too.

Now I have read that for many people cerave causes breakouts. This year I have noticed one thing. Ramadan has just passed and I noticed that I didn't get any acne pimple in the whole month and I was still using cerave.

But after that back to the same skin issues. Maybe because I was drinking more water and usually I don't?

Also there is no need to try a new moisturizer? I was thinking about switching but don't know. I don't want to buy those big bottles and waste money what if they don't suit.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

I have kind of straight hair in front, wavy in middle and then 2 types of curly at the back side. Whyy? What exactly is my hair type?

And at the nape of the neck u can say it is extremely frizzy and damaged. I don't even feel like touching that part. Rest is fine. Even after using good conditioner, oiling nothing changes. And it is like this since years.

I have done straightening treatment twice in my life, keratin once. And I do root touch up every 20 days or a month since I was 24 25.. premature grey hair. And now I am 37.

Anything that I can do?
