I had a 41 (technically 40) sub build on my Evelyn that I would just throw into endgame without really caring about oversaturation of stats, or anything like that. But today I decided I wanted to make her as good as I could.

So I sacrificed 5 tuning calibrators to get an ATK 4 (which could be better, but also could've been FAR worse) and swapped her to 2pc Puffer. This build is probably better than my other one by like less than 2%, but this is theoretically the best setup possible when taking into account the assortment of buffs that exist.

I'll try my best to get an actual 40 sub build with ATK 4 in the future... I swapped some discs around or like 10 minutes, and I have 3 slightly different builds that still even out at 39 subs, either under or overcapping... This is the best of them.

Compared to Silly and Manato, this room was so relaxing to score chase on. The only mistake I made was missing a dodge counter, but I don't think it would've equated to much.

Idk what it is about this song. At first I didnt really like it all that much; I thought it was just whatever. Maybe it was the time I spent away from listening to jpop nonstop daily, or maybe I just wasn't in the mood, but upon relisten it quickly became one of my favorite collab songs. Up there with HELP!! and Moonlight.

Speaking of Moonlight, the vibe of UFO is quite similar. I've also seen comparisons to Propose, and I can definitely see why.

Hi guys, I'm Sekki. You probably recognize my name if you've been active in the sub over the past few months or so. Or maybe you may have even stumbled across one of my videos on Youtube.

As I'm sure with many others in this sub, Evelyn is my favorite character. I've pushed the limits of what this character can do at my investment, I'm one of the only people who actively make Evelyn clears even without shill content, and I even made a guide. I'm not proclaiming myself to be the best Eve player on the planet, but I'd like to think I'm definitely up there.

But I think a goal I'd like to set for myself is to become THE Evelyn guy. The player people think of when referring to this character, like R2 with Harumasa, or Kettei with Orphie. Even though I doubt I'll ever become that popular, even to a smaller extent like SweatersSC with Zhu or Dstrom and Yidhari.

I try to play other agents on my channel for diversity, some of my absolute favs, but I lack the same confidence in my gameplay as I do with Eve. But at the same time, one tricking her super hard could potentially become boring for me, and I don't know what more I can do that I haven't done already.

I'll try to keep pushing the ceiling and innovating, and I hope I reach my goal someday.

Yes, I posted 12 or so hours ago.

I started my sophomore year in college today. It didn't matter what lecture I was in, what I was doing, who I was talking to. I hanged out with my girlfriend for most of the day outside of classes and I still couldn't help but think about Ramparts in the back of my head.

I got teary-eyed at least 3 times prior to heading out to school, just taking it all in, and even now as I'm heading home all these hours later, I'm still not over it.

I might deadass rewatch/ reread the series again. Yes, S2 is only a month away. But I don't think I'll be able to wait that long at all.

I have so much I wanna say that I just don't have the time to put into words unfortunately. But what a masterpiece this was.

I kept seeing the S2 trailer on my YouTube feed, and it reminded me that I was planning on watching it way sooner. It wasn't until the latest Polar Opposites episode with the Tairazuma stuff where I became convinced that I finally had to check it out.

Binged the entire anime in one sitting despite class in the morning, got 2 hours of sleep, and started reading the manga throughout the day. And even after heading to bed somewhat early, I woke up at 2am (again) so I finished the manga.

It's currently almost 4am at the time of this post and I'm still crying at how much this series touched my heart, legitimately. I related so heavily to the characters and their struggles, especially Minato who's my favorite. So much so that it inadvertently caused those negative thoughts to resurface. It made me spiral and sink into despair. But like Minato, I had my own Koyuki pull me out and give me someone to confide and treasure.

I love how every character's feelings were handled with such intricacy and gave so much to develop, not just the main couple. Miki, Yota, Momoka (fuck her), shit even the brief encounter with Igarashi again. I do wish we could've seen a direct confrontation between Koyun and Atagawa, similar to Igarashi, but aside from that, I have absolutely zero complaints.

I'm a guy who tends to get emotional during story endings; it's just who I am. Might get sad or teary eyed after following along and becoming attached to a cast of characters. But straight tears isn't actually that common. It's only happened with shows that I truly resonated with in some regard (except Edgerunners, that shit fucked me up for months): Violet Evergarden, Horimiya, and especially Bunny Girl Senpai. After finishing the final official mainline volume, I cried for hours. It's my favorite series of all time, so no wonder, but I digress.

Ramparts of Ice made me cry at the finish line, which makes me know it means something truly special to me.

Thank you so much Agasawa-sensei for creating such a touching work. I'll treasure this feeling for as long as I can.
