It was fine when he stayed still, but now whenever he hears a sound or sees movement, he starts running around like crazy. I think he's ready to be released now.

I contacted YesWeHack because I don't have a passport. I wasn't asking them to change their policy—only whether there was an alternative verification method or a manual review.
Instead, I received repeated template replies, and when I asked to speak with someone, the response was simply: "Why? If you don't have a passport, the KYC will not be possible."
Even if the answer is no, I expected a more professional and helpful response. The way this was handled felt dismissive and rude.
