I thought it was my best one yet at my new job. We serve it with a beef ragout.

Sous chef got a wrong order in. What can we actually use this for?

It definitely tastes different, wondering what dishes can it be used for. We were thinking just adding it in soups but it tastes different than the real thing. Any suggestions?

A lot of people liked the papardelle i rolled last time. So here is a triple batch of papardelle i made at work. Recipe written below.

Recipe is 360 grams flour, 300 grams egg yolks, 1tb olive oil and 1tp salt for a x1 recipe. Took me about an hour to finish rolling all of it.

We make it to an "S" shape so it doesnt stick when we boil it in the water

Tried making stuffed crust pizza at work. Hawaiian and pepperoni.

After watching a good amount of videos last night on how to make them, decided to make a couple at work. Im the main pizza guy at work and love making different kinds of pizzas for us to try at my job. 1st time making these, any tips on how to improve on it? I thought i couldve brushed the crust with oil to achieve a more even browning on the crust.

Me and my coworkers made a boodle fight for our employees meal. Dont worry the table was cling wrapped. We finished the thing in about 10 minutes.

We had some fried rice, sautéed local spinach, fish sticks and eggplant omelette that was sliced up. Paired with some soda and we finished all of it in about 10 minutes.

The spoon rest in the restaurant we ate at last night.

Does this count? Screws and bolts used as spoon rest. It is one of fancier restaurants in the city. Kong Noodles in manila, philippines.

There was an unused cast iron at work, sitting for months with some rust. Decided to season it after watching some videos.

Is it a decent enough of a job? It wasnt in that bad of a condition. 1st time doing this as well. It was sitting there unused so i thought it would be a nice braising or searing pan. I work in a kitchen btw.

Any feedback would be appreciated, thank you.

Saw a cockroach walking on the food counter and glass case of a famous burrito place i frequent at.

There were about 7 people in line and i was the only one seeing it crawling 🤢 everyone didnt notice. Still got my burrito though. Should i have informed the staff?
