I received 4 calls from an unknown number last night (after 12 midnight)

I cut the first 3 calls, but they called again so I picked up the 4th time and said hello. The person asked me "Did you sleep?" in Malayalam. I got creeped out

It was already past midnight and I obviously had no idea who this person was, so I found it really weird.

I checked the number on Truecaller and there are multiple reports calling it a fraud/scam number. A few people have mentioned that the caller tries to act like they know you or talks to women specifically.

I'm posting this as a heads up here. I don't know who exactly is behind the number, so I'm not accusing anyone. But if you get repeated calls from an unknown number at odd hours, please don't give them any personal information or engage with them.

Just block and report the number if needed. Sharing the screenshot of the Truecaller reports too.

INGREDIENTS:

All purpose flour - 1 cup

Cocoa powder - 2.5 tbsp

Baking powder - ½ tsp

Brown Sugar - ½ cup (you can add more if you want to because half cup would be less sweet than bakeries)

Unsalted butter - 5 tbsp

Vanilla essence - ½ tsp

Milk - ⅓ cup

Nutella for icing

METHOD:

Mix dry ingredients first then mix wet ingredients.

Then mix both to make a dough. Ensure you mix everything properly. Don't make it to a pouring consistency; instead make somewhere between a hard batter a pouring consistency because that worked for me. Milk can be added if the batter is too hard.

Preheat airfryer at 160° for 3 mins.

Pour the dough and bake at 160° for 15-18 mins.

Ensure it's properly baked at 15 mins. If not, then only proceed with the next 3 mins. Pierce the brownie with fork to know if it's baked.

Now remove it from the air fryer, let it be in room temperature for 5 mins. Now smear a thin layer of nutella for icing

PS: I've baked brownies a few times before in my microwave oven with eggs. Those times, it was a fail because they either burnt or only got baked in certain parts. But this is the first time i really loved what i baked.

I ordered French beans, few of them were rotten and smelly but still took out the best ones and tried to cut them.

I have IBS. This is one of the few foods that do not give me any kind of bloating or indigestion (I'm a vegetarian)

This method is so simple yet delicious.

Of course, nobody would sit on top till 5 pm at least 🫪
