Cant believe hes coming to my city.! Is anyone else on the lineup?

Was addicted to heroin and then fentanyl for around 10 years. Im 36 now and actually had a pretty smooth early recovery besides for job hunting keeping me depressed. Fast forward to now (7-8 months) later, ive been working at a restaurant for the past 6 months and its been great. It definitely felt great to have a chance back doing solid work for people that didn't judge me and actually has a good vibe to work with. Its just seems like now, im getting complacent with life and im starting to have these random "made at the world" feelings and dont have many reasons but maybe 1 (family related) that would be bothering my subconscious. All I do is work 40+hrs week, sleep, and deal with slight drama at the house almost daily.

Im thinking of trying to start going to the gym, I hear alot about how that helps your mentality when it comes to people in sobriety, especially men.

Just wondering from anyone reading, has anyone gone through these type of manic flair ups after being sober for even a year.?

I hope someone can give me solid advice of something that worked for them if they went through or are going through the same problems im dealing with.

I had this happen before, and yes, it was my fault. And when it happened the first time it got returned to sender and it took forever. Im trying to not have that happen again.
