Everytime i get contact with the topic morals or religions, i feel like "fuck it i end up in hell anyway"

So i the Concept of "Hell" as a controlling system that some put up to manipulate others, to behave how they like.

I am tired of self-optimising-culture

I rather wanna become who i really am. Then try to greed after a version that society wants me to be or that i see a the perfect version of me.

I wanna be my self. or at least find it. Or at least dont repress my ownself .

Do you feel same ?

The Cause of suffering.

The root of human suffering is "endless" desire, not existence itself.

The desire to always be happy, successful, be loved or liked by others, or never feel lonely:

can never be "permanently" fulfilled.

If you seek a permanent state of happiness, you will inevitably suffer because reality can never satisfy that desire forever.

But we can grow and develop when we stop repressing our pain. Instead, we can observe it with curiosity rather than from the perspective of, "I don't want to feel this emotion."

So we can come to understand ourselfs and not just the ego(state how we want to be).

shadow-projection: why poeple are so triggered from others behaviour

Some people block out the behaviors in themselves that they don’t like in others.

And then they get really triggered when others do it, even though they do it themselves almost every day.

Often, such people are argumentative/trigger-happy and want to correct/reprimand/manipulate/change others.

So that others align with their moral values.

-

What I don’t like about myself gets quickly blocked out. And noticing it in others sparks rage.

Example: If someone calls you a smart aleck, these people are often prone to ignoring their own smart-aleck behavior; the same goes for noticing typos or mistakes others make.

Relationsships are sometimes seen as saviour or cure, i feel like in society.

I believe it depends on why you don't want to be single. What causes the suffering oft lonliness.

My Learnings and experience of feeling depressed and friends who where depressed.

My experience with depression, both personally and through friends, has led me to a few conclusions. I hope some of this is helpful.

I think getting out of depression usually takes a combination of things. Not all of them have to be there:

You can't force someone into therapy, but it's often the most effective form of support. Friends (or at least one person you can truly be yourself around and work through feelings of shame with), a job or hobby (or any activity that provides structure or goals), and figuring out which core beliefs are weighing you down can all make a difference.

My personal advice: Creative outlets like writing (journaling), reading, listening to music, painting, etc. can help give expression to what's happening deep inside unconscious.

Difference between intj and intp ?

intj like to: make a system out of ideas, pick what can be connected.

And optimise the structure till it can be usefull or represented as at least interessting for the further furture.

intp like to: explore ideas and prove if they seem logical to them.

Or gather information just for the sake of gathering, not to make necessarily a project out of it.

Whats youre way to use Ni productively ?

i like to listen to perspectives or ideas of others.

when i connect there experience with my view, i get a theory of how things work or how it could work. Or how things connect or function in an abstract way.

Dont know how to explain it better ^^ i thankfull for every view <3

INTP and AI

Short Version: Most People dont know how to use Chatgpt.

Long version: Most People dont know how to use LLM like Chatgpt in a usefull way. So they devalue it.

My Observations: INTP know how to use AI thats why they like it so much.

And who dont know how to use it, is frustraded and devalue Ai.
