Is Star Wars Outlaws worth it?

It’s on sale in my region right now, and am only asking because I got a copy of Assassin’s Creed Shadows last week and within the first hour, decided I was going to return due to disappointment in gameplay, the world not being that interesting and honestly, the graphics leaving some to be desired.

Just bought the game for my girlfriend and she can’t even play it. This error code pops up after a reinstall, system reset and shut down. Has Microsoft made a statement about this yet?? Ridiculous.
