90 calories for 21 (I portion 20 because I prefer to overestimate my calories and 20 is just a nicer number tbh). They actually taste good too, unlike many rice cakes I've tried that are more bland or have an odd mouthfeel; I've realised I actually prefer mini ones in terms of texture.
One of the many shitty things about the BPD × autism (msn) combination is that I never know if I'm overreacting, if I'm splitting, or if I have a valid reason to be upset about something. It could go either way most of the time, but I've been called manipulative for asking for clarification so many times that I really struggle with it despite needing Extremely Clear instructions or clarity on things; including socially.

I feel like I never see smaller journals with more pages; even the Leuchtturm 411 only comes in A5, and I'm pretty set on an A6.
I feel inspired to make my own gratitude list now, especially as a fellow sober guy.
What do you think? What does this say about me? I feel like whenever people talk about Capricorns, it's in the context of the type A, workaholic, "has their shit together" type, and I've never related to that. I'm so curious as to what you guys think.
