Massive changes to the downtown, Northside, university corridor

Massive changes to the downtown, Northside, university corridor

I haven't heard any buzz about these developments, so I'd like to share what I stumbled across.

Riverside Alive - massive commercial space, nightlife , hotels and expansion of convention center. This would be a massive addition and expansion to downtown.

Riverside adventure center - a huge outdoor water sports park, hiking trails, shopping corridor (including a grocery store), hotels and housing in Northside. Theoretically this would connect Northside and downtown as a strong entertainment hub. There are plans to connect pedestrian access to downtown.

New Neighborhood Library - a digital and tech library planned to open in Eastside

UCR innovation and business center - green energy jobs, training, and research that wins to draw in and keep qualified professionals.

This is a strong change from constant warehouse pimping and should positively impact riverside.

I don't believe I actually have thinning or receding. To the best of my memory my hair has always had scalp visible which has made me insecure even when I was around 16.

I've been rocking a 1 guard buzz the past decade but recently decided I'd grow it out.

I'm wondering if hair transplants could help the low density, because I'm not so sure I actually have any thinning.
