I'm not a serious swimmer, I typically swim up to about 2km in 70 mins per session, at a steady pace.

Are there any clubs which have access to a pool first thing in the mornings (before 0800) on weekdays and weekends?

When I looked up various local pools, they seem to be reserved during weekend mornings for things like lessons, then general swim sessions only start in the afternoon.

Does the radio in an ND2 (the full infotainment system with sat-nav, AA and ACP) use the antenna on the back wing or a different one?

Reception isn't so good in my area and I'm wondering what I can do to improve it. The previous owner replaced it with a stubby "rubber duck" and I'm wondering whether switching to a longer one would help?
