Anyone have their dash light bug out like this

Just put a new battery in it and it died again and dies shortly after a jump. 2019 nissan sentra. Alternator looked good from quick multimeter check but then someone told me you should leave csr running for a bit and check alternator over time since the output can fluctuate. The dash was doing this when I was just sitting in it waiting for a tow truck.
