Can you use Testosterone with Equipose (blend) for TRT?

Just a regular muscle gym bro here (been on cruise & blast), I’m a mesomorph naturally. After finishing a 4-month bulk, I’m currently on an 6-week mini-cut and the abs are popping back up. After my mini-cut, I’ll do a 2-3-day refeed, then start doing reverse diet. I’m curious how you’d do this.

(1) When you do a reverse diet, do you start with the amount of calories at the end of your mini-cut —or— with your baseline maintenance?

Also, I’d like to try another approach to bulking. I’m not really that crazy anymore about getting much bigger, I think I’ll reach my ideal weight/shape at the end of my mini-cut. Ok maybe a little bit bigger, I mean who ever gets satisfied with this lol. But I prefer not to do another aggressive 3-4 month bulk again. I’m a meso, so fat gain is always expected.

(2) How do you feel about folks who stop bulking as soon as they start losing their abs or definition? Do you do that too? And to those who, do you switch to mini-cut or what?

The goal is mainly to stay lean all year round. For years, I’ve been doing long bulks.

A question about Spanish phonology and phonetics. Why is /x/ the phoneme used in Spanish for words like “gente, jota” when it can be realized with a velar, uvular or glottal fricative [x χ h]? Is it because [x] is the most common realization?

I worked for a chiropractor for a week here in NYC and he was supposed to pay me this weekend. One long-time employee kinda warned me about how sometimes it’s hard to ask this doctor to pay her on time. I was trying to call him all weekend but no response. Now it’s Monday Week 2 and I’m at the office. But before I quit today I want to gather as much evidence that I worked here. There are no logs of me coming in, because this is a small office. I have other employees and the doorman as my witnesses, what else should I know? Please let me
know what I should do. Let me know what I should collect/take from this office, as proof? And even as an ace up my sleeve, like patients’ contact info (hell I might call these patients just to tell them this doctor does not pay his employees)?

And who should I report this to? To the NY Dept of Labor?

I’ve read that you cannot get FAFSA for two different institutions concurrently, but it’s not clear whether it’s applicable to the whole academic year or just per semester?
