People with naturally thin, curly, frizzy hair – what actually worked for you?

Hi everyone,

I really need some genuine advice from people who have actually seen results.

I have naturally very curly, dry and frizzy hair since childhood (genetics, I guess). I've done hair Botox treatment 2–3 times, and I'm following the aftercare properly. The treatment is going well, but my hair is still very thin. It was already thin even before the Botox, so I don't think that's the reason.

I'm also taking iron supplements because I was iron deficient.

I'm looking for things that actually worked for you to make hair look thicker, healthier and less dry/frizzy. It can be home remedies, oils, hair care routine, foods, supplements, or anything else. I'm not expecting miracle results, but I'd love to hear real experiences instead of influencer advice.

If you've had naturally thin, curly, frizzy hair and found something that genuinely helped, please share. Thank you!

Getting severe heart palpitations from exam stress and I’m panicking because I’m losing precious study time. Help?

Hey everyone, I’m in a really rough spot right now and could use some advice or just some words of encouragement.

I have a major exam coming up and a massive amount left to study. The stress has hit me so hard that my heart is completely racing—this is only the second time in my life I've had palpitations this bad before an exam.

I’m stuck in a horrible loop: I can’t focus or study because my physical anxiety symptoms are so intense, but the fact that I’m not studying is making me panic even more because I know how precious every hour is right now.

Has anyone else dealt with physical symptoms this bad right before a deadline? How do you calm your heart rate down enough to actually absorb information when you're completely overwhelmed?

I really want to get back to work but my body is fighting me. Any tips for surviving this would be massively appreciated.

First time in Australia! Visiting Melbourne for a week — what should I know? 😊

Hi everyone,

I'll be visiting Melbourne from India for the first time later this year. I'm staying for about a week for an exam, so most of my time will probably be spent studying (and stressing 😅), but I'll hopefully have a little time to explore as well.

Since this is my first solo trip to Australia, I'd love any advice! What should I know about the weather, what clothes should I pack, and are there any things first-time visitors often forget?

Also, if I manage to escape my books for a day or two, what are the absolute must-do Melbourne experiences? Food, coffee, sightseeing, wildlife, day trips, local favourites—anything you'd recommend to someone visiting for the first time.

Need help with a SanDisk OTG pen drive🥹

It was working perfectly fine until about an hour ago. Now it is not being detected on any phone or tablet. I've restarted the devices and tried it on multiple phones and tabs, but it doesn't show up at all.

The pen drive gets slightly warm when connected, but there is no notification or sign that it has been detected. It was working normally just before this happened.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions on whether this is a pen drive failure or if there's a way to recover the data?
