Grow stalled?

It has been like this for about 2 weeks. I started some fae the last couple of days. It really hasn't changed much since I started it. Should I wait some more?

Got word today we are to get rid of all Wellcrafts boats. Our inventory is going wholesalers to get sold off. Sounds like the Holding group that manufactured them is suspending manufacturing and distribution of them.

Random crashes and WiFi/Bluetooth stops working randomly. Pixel 8 Pro

Not sure where to begin. Weird issue where I leave my house for a few hours for work/school come back and my phone doesn't automatically connect back to WiFi. I have to restart my phone for it to work. Now the last few days anytime I got settings and turn it on it crashes settings. Bluetooth randomly disconnects and has similar behavior like WiFi. I have to restart to enable it. It has been acting like this for a couple month or so now. Lastest Android OS on Xfinity Mobile. How do I report the issue with my carrier so they can look into fixing it?

Any thoughts!?

Failed to connect: the target device is offline or does not exist.

It's online and I can connect to remote folders on that PC. It will ever so often connect to that PC through Rustdesk, but when I disconnect and try to reconnect, it gives me this error, and I'm basically 'locked out' until it lets me in again. That PC is on Win 10, and I set it never to sleep or anything like that. Any suggestions?
