Is there a way to get pec definition without surgery? Wondering if anyone has proof it’s possible? I’ve spent a long time trying to work pecs and chest and still can’t get even the slightest shape!
My ideal is 80kg, nothing wild. My BMI still shows as overweight though! Anyone else just frustrated by that?!

Hi all,
How can I get a good deep clean? I've tried ACV and no go. I should add that my locs have synthetics attached to the ends for length but I still see the kind of white oily residue on the natural hair ends.
Any recommendations for shampoos or deep cleaning solution? Someone said to drown them in olive oil and leave it for 2 hours before washing
