Also, how do I actually download/print the shipping label once the shipment is created?

I’m thinking of cancelling the current shipment and creating a new one with the correct details, but Delhivery is saying that the amount won’t be refunded if I cancel. Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there a way to edit the shipment details instead of cancelling?

Went to India Post today to ship a parcel (around 300–400 g) in a pretty small box. I genuinely expected it to cost around ₹50–60, but it came to almost ₹80.

At that point, it's practically the same as what some private couriers charge. 😭 I always thought India Post's biggest advantage was being the cheaper option, but if the prices are this close, I'm honestly considering switching to Delhivery or Shiprocket.

That also got me thinking, shipping heavier parcels through India Post must get even more expensive. On the other hand, I've also come across quite a few complaints about missing parcels with private couriers booked through Shiprocket.

So, what are you choosing these days? Are you still sticking with India Post, or have you switched to a private courier? Which one has been the most reliable for you in terms of pricing, delivery time, and parcel safety?
